You should have received an order confirmation email in just a matter of minutes after you ordered, and also a tracking email when it was packed (the next day), and yet another when it was delivered. I have had problems with email being delivered to Hotmail accounts as they are notorious for improperly flagging messages as spam, so I suspect that's why you didn't get a notice right away. You can always email or message me though, day or night, and I will usually respond well within 24 hours, if not sooner, if there's ever a question.

My purchase of the Wouxun KG-UV9PX has been top notch!
My purchase of the Wouxun KG-UV9PX has shown to be a premier hand held radio with all the operating features and settings that makes the HT radio a pleasure to use. Expanding the xmit frequencies was a bonus to support my wide split out-of-band MARS repeater ops. My few usage and spec questions were answered with authority and purchasing appropriate supporting radio add-ons added to the experience.

Overall, exactly as advertised. Radio performs well when listening and using one band. When two signals come in simultaneously there will be crackling on the speaker. This should be corrected to allow only one channel opening up the speaker at a time. You can’t follow two conversations walking over each other anyway.

You can have it operate more like a dual-watch radio if preferred. It's true, with 2 very strong signals coming in on both receivers, it can overload the audio circuit a little bit. Cheers and Enjoy!
