Customer service failure

I really am not a fan of the website build but this is a solid business with good response efforts and product.
I recommend.

BetterSafeRadio has been excellent to work with. I won a radio from them in a contest, but that was just the beginning. They sell a great line of products and I have already ordered some great add-ons for the radio I won. I am so very glad I learned of this site through Reddit. I'll be ordering some more goodies soon!

I’ve ordered several time from BSR and the service and products are always top-notch. I would recommend upgrading your shipping because USPS has become atrociously unreliable and slow.

Easy product download after reading smile instructions.

Ordered a UV9GX+ from Mark along with the code plug set. Received code plug info immediately and the radio was shipped really quick. Instructions included with the radio are very clear and makes it easy to operate it.
I ended up having an issue with the radio and sent an email about it. A few hours later I got a response back with some troubleshooting steps. Fortunately the radio decided to magically fix itself, but happy to have the help to support it.
Spring sale is on now, so I'm going to order the ham equivalent.

Can’t get a reply on email.
3 out of 3 no reply after several days.
Would like to be like so many others and give great review about CSR support. But so far not over joyed with this aspect. Simply put I was interested in making my 3rd purchase with them. After not seeing a reply to emails. Perhaps not. The product speaks for itself and punches above it weight. The lack of finding a phone number to call them is also an issue.
Things like this have me reconsidering my choice in moving forward with more investments.

I am new to radios and I wanted something that had everything programmed. Shipping was fast and everything came as described.

I was extremely happy with the service. Items were packaged with care. Fast shipping. I also love that the radios came programmed with a host of frequencies and that the website has detailed descriptions of the times along with additional supplementary documentation I could download.
