Acrylic is almost too small to the frame
I am a steady customer with you, buying quite often and many, but i notice the quality has been going down on your products and when i noticed something that could have been done better and tried only to give you a feedback with a small thing that could make a HUGE difference in your products, then your customer service makes it too complicated, asking for pictures measurements and so on... i wasn't asking for refund or either to send the item back. It was only an advice for you guys to ask your supplier to make the acrylic that comes in the frame, a few millimeters bigger because it is almost impossible to keep the plakat in there without the acrylic going through the frame... that was all. hope you can figure out cos i cant buy there the big sizes anymore, its too difficult to handle it. otherwise its all fine.
