Really happy with the level of service and the excellent price. Both Nev and Frosty are hard working and knowledgeable. Recommend if you want a good honest job doing. They should be charging twice as much!
went in to have my gears checked as they were rubbing on front derailleur after faffing about i took bike out and it seemed ok. but i should have gone on a longer test as when i got home went for a ride literally every gear was touching the front derailleur
being mad was just the start as i also looked down the guy had scratched my bike. i told this guy to be careful as this is a new bike. i now have a totally unrideable bike. i would not trust this lot he had no idea what he was doing. they are based in warwickshire along cape road on cattrell road so you know to avoid this lot. absolute disgrace. you can not trust any body now. just had a reply and instead of rectifying the problem he just tried to blame someone else. this guy is a totally inept mechanic and should not be allowed near a bike. i am now left with a 500 pound ornament because i can not call it a bike as it is unrideable because of this guy. people like this should not be in business.
