The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in guiding me to the right product, in this case, the selection of the bike. There's no pressure, no deceptive marketing pitch. Also very easy to make a purchase. I got some good discount and some freebies. Delivery is very prompt.

Ultimo E.20 step-through bike stopped working less than 200km. All the lights are on, but no-one is home. Been trying to resolve this issue for more than 12 months. Bike still not working. Looks like this e-bike is going to end up in landfill. NO, I would not recommend this company or what they sell.

I received really detailed advice before purchase. The bike arrived within two days. Very well packaged and undamaged. The bike is excellent especially for the price. It looks and rides amazing. Polygon Path 3 2023 - awesome bike
Not haven ridden since basically my childhood and wanting to get into fitness / commuting cycling. I spent a great amount of time on many websites searching for the 'right bike', I kept making my way back to Bikes Online for the Polygon Path 3 and have waited a few weeks and a few rides of it to be able to give a review. The PP3 rides great, in a short amount of time I am consistently on the higher gears, even in an uphill situation. Whilst a road-bike is sexy and has that racing look about it, once I hit 30+km bike endurance I think I'd keep up with a casual road-cycle peloton even on my PP3. My only knock is I bought late in the month, and early into the next month the bike was reduced further on special.

So far incredible customer service! Ordered the Helios A7X and it arrived to my address in Sydney within 2 days. Well prepared bike and great value for money. Slight issue with sizing and Brad was invaluable in helping me sort out. Changing to one size down and Jess and the team have been extremely prompt in arranging an exchange with minimal fuss. My experience couldn't be further away from the 1 and 2 star reviews listed here.

Fantastic Customer Service. I had an issue with a recent purchase of a Polygon Siskui D5. I had a slite issue with the seat and the team at BikesOnline reviewed the issue and generously replaced the seat. Unbelievable service and communication. The staff from the initial inquiry to the warranty team where brilliant. Special call out to Ferd.M and Bryan.D for assisting. Definitely recommend the team, their products and service.

2023 Polygon Siskiu D7
The whole experience with BikesOnline has been seamless. Ordered online Saturday, had the bike assembled by Wednesday. Bike arrived securely packed and complete with everything needed for the simple assembly process. I quite liked the supplied QR code links to the "how to" videos. Overall really impressed with BikesOnline.
PS. The Polygon Siskiu D7 goes unreal!

Great post-sale service
Hi! I wanted to buy an electric bike and I was unsure about which one would suit me better. I contacted the staff and I had good support from BikesOnline, before, during and after purchasing the bike + accessories. The customer service was great, especially when the bike accessory was taking a while to be delivered (the bike arrived earlier than expected) and they tracked the packaging and solved all the issues in no time! I would buy with them again.
