5pm is late getting in may be a worth…

5pm is late getting in may be a worth having a look at changing it. House is brilliantly located, only there from Friday to Sunday, had to pay for full week rental on hot tub, refused to add on plus when we got there no privacy it’s right outside the house no garden.

Fabulous fuss free service!!

Site so easy to use have been looking to book for a few.weeks for a family trip and all information and previous searches stored! Fantastic and hassle free, will definitely be returning to book future trips.

Quick, easy & efficient

This is the second time we've got our cottage through yourselves. Our party have some specific requirements and the Web site makes it easy for us to drill down into the spec to find what we want.

Booking went wrong and when I tried to…

Booking went wrong and when I tried to amend it I kept being passed from Big cottages to Sykes cottages with no one taking responsibility. Awful experience

I'm very sorry to hear that you were having difficulty amending a booking and I sincerely apologise for this.

As we are just a listing agent, any cancellation or amendment requests are processed by the property manager which in your case would be Sykes Holiday Cottages.

Could be a little clearer

Having emails from different company names is a little confusing, and being asked for name, address etc. twice was annoying too.
Otherwise, quite straightforward.
