We buy at least 8 months cover each year , we get the single trip policy which enables us to come and go throughout the dates and still be covered .

We have sent your policy documents on a few occasions now, on 01/03, 19/03 and 13/04. In our email on 19/03, we also asked you to let us know if these hadn’t come through so we could try an alternative email address.
If you still haven’t received them, please let us know and we will resend them to a different email or provide them via an alternative method.

Insurance for 9 year old travelling with a grandparent.
I needed travel insurance for my 9 year old grandson who I was taking skiing for a few days (I have my own separate annual policy).
The process was easy and when I contacted them with a technical query about the booking the response was quick and very helpful.
I did not need to claim so cannot comment on that at all, but I would definitely use them again.

Fantastic Service & Advice
I had many questions regarding cover for our Round the World Motorbike tour. Theo was very knowledgable answering all of them & covering other situations I hadn't thought of.
He also informed me of future policy changes that could increase the premium & true to his word that happened. Lucky for me I took his advice & secured the policy in time.

The best for extreme sport insurance
The best for extreme sport insurance. Easy website. I've used them many times. My go to holiday insurer for paragliding trips abroad. Although, I must admit I havent yet had to make a claim and tested their proceedures!

Big Cat insurance provides the best option for me: looking for single trip travel insurance.
If you have a medical condition that needs to be declared, an associated company will assess and advise accordingly.
The company has provided peace of mind when travelling and hope it delivers if ever I need to use the insurance policy.
