It wasn’t “great” as you insist on rather patronisingly keep asking in all your Trust Pilot review requests, I just bought insurance off a company that has always served me well in the past. But yes their long term backpacker insurance policy is not bad at all. Cheers 👍

Took Heliski insurance through Big Cat…
Took Heliski insurance through Big Cat (largely due to the good reviews from Trustpilot).
My holiday in Canada was cancelled by the Heliski operator due to icey conditions.
The heliskiing was a gift from my best friend, all I was paying was for the flights both ways.
This is all I have tried to claim for.
It’s been 26 working days and still nothing from Big Cat (they say 10-15 working days).
I’ve sent everything asked for (only once I chased things along a week ago) and still nothing.
Next stop the ombudsman.
Very disappointing.
