Got a Daniel Wellington and It's the kind of watch that feels premium without trying too hard. Love it

I bought a Guess watch a year and a half ago. But now the watch is starting to lose time. The battery has been replaced by an official retailer, but the complaint remains. I have been emailing the email addresses listed on the website for three days.
There is simply no reply. They should be giving a warranty as Guess give a two year international warranty.
Now suddenly they do not give home, service and warranty so giving 0

Do not buy from this website !!!!

BEWARE COUNTERFEIT! - Purchased a Nixon 51-30 and was confirmed by the Nixon brand that is was counterfeit and would not be honoured under the brands warranty - Do not purchase from this site!!!

The site is extremely unreliable, especially with pricing for products like watches. I placed an order that was initially confirmed but later automatically canceled due to a staff error. I wouldn’t recommend shopping here, as they appear to be scammers.

I Bought a Fossil ladies automatic watch which didn’t keep time. I contacted Big Daddy ten times over a period of 5 months and left countless telephone messages for them to call me back, which they didn’t. Eventually I had an email from Eric at Big Daddy advising me to take my watch to the nearest watch repair shop so they can inspect it & Big Daddy would cover the expenses with a store credit I could use for future purchases. Not good enough!!!

Don't buy!!! He says that from one to two days they dispatch it and I here with 5 days I am still waiting for them to dispatch it, very bad company do not lose their money and time, I have read that the same thing happened to people that they have told me that it was a fraudulent payment and I also asked them to return my money and nothing !! The company must be sued urgently.

I have just bought my 4th watch from this company. They are excellent to deal with and offer a totally professional service. Their products are wonderful! Each one has arrived in New Zealand in 5-6 days which is fantastic! I will definitely order from them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Absolute disgrace of a business.
Ordered a black Nixon 51-30 for a xmas present in December, instead received a gold Nixon Sentry Chrono Gold!
$100 price difference on their website.
Emailed them immediately to get it sorted nil response. Have not heard a word from them after multiple attempts.
Do not order from here. Scammers!

By the way after big Daddy Watches replied to this review. They never got back to me or sorted out the wrong watch I received. Absolute rip offs.

Product arrived on time and very effective to deal with

I brought a Nixon 48-20 on there website at Big Daddy Watches for 251 and they aren't shipping my order due to fraudulent errors. I have asked for them to refund the order as i wasn't comfortable with sending personal information and they haven't emailed or messaged me back on whatsapp. They took my money blatently and arent replying back to the refund. I sent my ID and Bank statement that they have asked for and i still haven't gotten a reply!!! Wasted 250 dollars of my hard earned money on a website that took my money and not shipping the order i paid for. My order number is 55843. Do not recommend to anyone and will be flagging every post i see for scam so hopefully no one is able to get scammed out of there money again. If I get my watch or a refund will take down but for now trying to still contact for my order to be shipped. If any members of Big Daddy watches sees this can you reply to my emails.

Total scammers, DO NOT BUY. I ordered a watch from this 'Australian' website in December. The package arrived from Dubai a few weeks later. I should have paid $50 more to buy the Nixon watch locally because it turns out the one I received is a fake. It soon showed condensation on the face and stopped working.
Order #49865 - legit from my side, took my money, but provided a fake product.

If I could give minus stars I would. First off I am very disappointed with their service, I ordered this watch on the 30th last month and on the 2nd of this month I got an email saying my order is complete, after waiting 5 days I got no updates on my order, I was very concerned because I paid an extra 30$ for the 3-4 day shipping and emailed them asking for updates, they didn’t reply so I tried messaging and still no reply, on the 6th I finally get an email only to say that the watch I ordered is “currently unavailable”, they give me the option for a replacement but I ask for a refund which they have not responded, it’s been 3 days since then and I have emailed and messaged them several times without any reply back, these guys try to sound professional but are useless, DO NOT BUY FROM BIGDADDYWATCHES unless you want to waste your time and money.

Best place with best price and watches are authentic original.

Very disappointing with your service. When I messaged you guys to ask about the product I got prompt reply but now after wasting my money yet not receiving the order,I’ve been trying to contact you people multiple times with no luck. Very bad customer service, unfortunately I have to give bad reviews re: your company and service.If you guys are very good with customer service please have a look my issues. I’ve ordered 2MK watches however only received one and haven’t heard anything about my refund or you guys don’t even bother replying my email or answering my call. My ref. No is 49730.

Very dissapointed!! Please don't order in this shop as this is fraud!😡 I lost 228AUD not including the shipping fee that I paid for returning back the watch🤬 Returned the watch on 16-08-23 due to not functioning and has some marks and stains on it. I tried to contact them on the phone provided and I was redirected to their service on "Whats App" (Nox-Bridge Watches). At first, they were accomodating and said they will refund/replaced my item. Fast forward, I message them a couple of times if they already received the watch that I have returned, and they message me back on 15-09-23 confirming that they had received it. I was then advised to browse on their affiliated website (The Watches Men & Co.) to choose for replacement. I then replied that I would like to be refunded as I haven't found a watch that I like and after saying that, I didn't got any updates from them until now, even tried to call on their number but they don't answer🤬Its totally scammed! Please dont waste your money here! BE CAREFUL

Contacted Big Daddy team regarding warranty as I need to get my watch fixed. Was told to get it fixed myself and they would give me store credit. As the watch is still under warranty, this is unacceptable. Pay for the repair or refund my watch.

Scam company absolutely horrible paid 295$ for a watch I never even received no update from the company email them for a refund and they can’t even reply worst customer service I’ve experienced what ever you do do not buy from this company.

I’ve dealt with big daddy for a long time! I’ve purchased many great pieces from them! They’ve been on time and extremely reliable and fairly priced! Thank you!
