Total time wasters when selling my…

Total time wasters when selling my bike. Offered an acceptable price way lower than market value though.
Then rang on the day of collection & said they had to reduce the price by another 10%. Bigmoto are a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Big shout out to Jamie & Matt for their outstanding customer service and helpful knowledge when we purchased our son’s first bike with them. They made the whole process so easy and even stayed back late whilst our son got used to his first ride on the bike. Two great guys and an absolute asset to your business, we will bring our custom back to you and also highly recommend you to friends and family, thanks boys, five star service.

Overall happy

On my first visit after looking on website I spoke to a very helpful member of staff, a meet and greet member he spent time with me pulling bikes out for me to view them After visiting numerous time's to view bikes I finally decided to buy one , there's no pressure from staff and and there's a large selection of bikes, buying the bike was a good experience so I'd recommend for this but only thing I didn't think was great was that the prices advertised on their website or Auto trader have a service charge then added, much better if the final price was just advertised much clearer ,You only get a months warranty when all other dealers offer a standard 3 month warranty or more,There's no movement on prices or anything thrown in when you do decide to buy and finally the actual presentation of the bikes could be better, how clean they are or anything that is broken I would have thought should have been fixed ( the one I bought had a small part broken I did see this before I purchased and did mention it to the sales person to see if they would replace it but they wouldn't for something costing under £10 for a new part I would have thought it would have been replaced before it was put up for sale or definitely when buying ( I've since ordered myself ) And then the bike could have been cleaner on pick up ( wheel rims dirty ) but I've found this with car dealers no one seems to bother really cleaning, just a quick clean .Overall I'm happy with buying from them and happy with the bike and staff but do get the impression it's like a car supermarket quick sell dealership ! But again staff all seemed nice and helpful and a very large selection of bikes.

Found a bike I wanted in store

Found a bike I wanted in store, Clare phoned me within half hour of my finance application, deal was complete within an hour of me viewing the bike. Very helpful and brilliant service

Amazing company

Purchased a 2018 GSX-S1000. From start to finish every staff member was amazing. Louise, Jamie, Paul for all the in person and phone help. And Jamie & Andy who were amazing on the customer portal.

Updated every day. Purchased the bike on the Sunday and it was ready by the Wednesday when I was told the average was 14 days, so it was an amazing turn around. Fresh back tyre was added. Cannot fault their system. Highly recommend this company!

Granted the £200 admin fee was a bit annoying but I guess it does cover any repairs that's needed.

Huge shoutout to Martin. He was so friendly and knew so much about the bike I was after. Amazing guy

Clare Hussey was amazing

Clare Hussey was amazing! She gave us the space we needed to look around without feeling pressured to buy. Explained everything perfectly and put us at ease. Clare even let us know about features of the tracker we weren’t aware of (despite having one on another bike)! Expert advice and a friendly atmosphere made this purchase an easy decision. Thank you Clare, now just to pass my test

Unfair inspection on collection

Not the simple selling solution I thought. Offered me considerably less than the market value (as expected) and then reduced that by a further 20% on the driveway after supposedly finding excess corrosion on the front forks – total fiction. I understand BigMoto have to maximise value but they were trying to have me over with this one. No deal. Don't waste your time.

Great experience over the phone…

Great experience over the phone speaking to Louise Duffy - well informed, didnt dilly dally, and we had a good laugh about her not budging an inch on extending my warranty for free!!

10/10 service and she definitely sold me the bike!

Lets hope it comes in good nick

Excellent all around

I was interested in a bike that I seen on the Web so I left a message with my details as it was late on to call them, first thing the next morning I received a call from Bigmoto Ltd,
I spoke to a great guy called Liam, who explained everything I needed to know in a very professional way. Laim was very patient as I don't know much about bikes, he helped me understand everything I needed to know.
Liam also left me a mobile number just incase I have any further questions about the bike I will be receiving soon.
