Everything is so easy. I ordered the wrong size, no problem returning them and getting them replaced with the right size.

Seasonal Footwear

Ordered large size wellingtons on Thursday a.m. Very speedy dispatch. Delivered by our efficient postal service early on Saturday to our rural Midlands address. Had used this company before with equal satisfactory service. Would recommend.

Larger Comfortable Shoes Order

There was an issue with the delivery of my order, which was not their fault.

They always maintained communication with me throughout the process, and my refund was returned today, exactly as was communicated to me.
