Last two orders (first was put on 3/3/26 still missing-2nd on 31/3/26 hasn't left Germany yet) were a disaster. It looks that they cant manage their shipping. Will look for a retail shop from Italy or Spain

More a delivery issue but the GLS courier appears to have left the item at a depot 25 km away for collection after trying to deliver the item when no one home.
Pretty annoying for the €9.95 “delivery fee”

According to GLS’s tracking information, the parcel is still in transit, and I expect there will be another delivery attempt.
If you need to collect the parcel, please contact our BIKE24 customer service and we will gladly refund the 4.99 EUR delivery charge (since you mention a delivery charge of 9.99 EUR, perhaps this is a different parcel that wasn’t ordered from us?).

Worst experience with customer service
Worst experience with customer service. Purchased product is not delivered while the company says it is delivered without providing any delivery proof. Company informs of resending the order without any tracking or further updates and not responding to emails. Two weeks have passed and product still not delivered
