Way cheaper, well under half the price of me creating a shipment label on the UPS website for the exact same service.

Bike flights was just exceptional from start to finish. Their live chat was a great way to help me understand their process. My bike arrived in perfect shape. I highly recommend this company. Absolutely outstanding.

Ordering was a breeze. However, there were some delays with shipping that were due to UPS. My bike arrived 5 days later than expected. Bike was a little damaged (cosmetic), but again, this was due to UPS not bikeflights.

Shipping prices are out of control. This was just a very light wheelset shipping between Boston and NYC. It cost as much to ship that as it did me to ship a somewhat heavy gravel bike half-way across the USA.

I'm new to all this,but your company is about shipping bikes,and I understand the demand is high but you would think you would put a little more effort into stocking your boxes instead of only having the very expensive one available all the time.

In the past 2 transactions. I get estimates on your website by entering in home address and destination address without logging in . In order to give quotes to potential buyers.
When I finally sign in with my login account to finalize a sale and ship, the amount has been $5-10 more to complete the transaction. Ive already quoted the buyer on shipping costs, so i end up eating the additional costs.

People I dealt with were very courteous and helpful. In the end I got to send my bike after some adventures in making the size conform to your specifications. I thought I had met the requirements but in the end I was told one of the dimensions was just a bit too long. I had it repackaged by a bicycle shop and it was fine.

I just wanted to say I had a great experience with them. I has a little issue and was handled amazing. The shipping was good and bike arrived as expected. Thanks

Easy to setup on line for bike pick up. Transportation status was kept current and easy to access. Shipped from Southern California to New York in a few days and was delivered in great shape and at a reasonable price.

Super efficient way to ship your bike avoid the airport hauling. They were very helpful. They can contact me to verify patient some of the bike box it had to crack measurements which saved me 100 bucks. Highly recommend.

Everything about this service, with one exception, went perfectly well. The instructions were clear and complete, the price is competitive, and the delivery was in the time promised. I would use them again, no question.

The only glitch is that their price calculation, which is based on the container measurements and weight, is subject to change after the fact by the shipper. In my case, the shipper increased my box dimensions by 1" in length and width, and then increased my fee by $30 as a result. I did not take detailed photographs of the box with tape measure, so I cannot dispute the charge even though I disagree with the adjustment. Lesson for others: be as accurate as possible in all measurements, and document them with photos to support a dispute.
