Excellent communications and follow-ups throughout the international shipping process.

Seamless and affordable. UPS store tried to charge me 75 bucks (!!!) to ship a carbon wheelset. Did the bike flights thing and it was $20 all-in (while standing in UPS store complaining to the owner and showing them the bike flights price) for the exact same UPS service.

Easiest way to send/ship bikes. I use it at least 1-2 a year. Click, type, print , ship.

Delivery service

Received a notice that my box measurements were off by one inch
And the cost doubled. Shady shady and will not use this service again. I understand this is a UPS issue but no warning was provided about UPS over size and still allowed me to ship the bike for what’s considered a fair rate.

Had good experiences in the past. This time was over charged due to size. Tape measures don’t lie but I wasn’t smart enough to take pictures. Live and learn

Didn't realize some ups stores don't play nice. Last delivery was left in the parking lot of my condo with a signature required and no knock no signature no anything. So this time had it delivered to my local UPS and they refused it!! UPS in Florida shipped it no problem and didn't realize My local UPS would refuse it!!

Bikeflights is probably the only way I'll ever ship a bike. I'm not a professional cycler by any means, but I did need to get a bike from FL to IL and they were by far the most helpful while staying cost-conscious. I used a Bikeflights large box, and while getting the box itself was pricey, it was still the lowest-cost option. So many helpful instructions on how to assemble the box and disassemble the bike in preparation for shipping, too! They also disputed a UPS charge for me when UPS claimed the size of the box was larger than the label, and I'll be forever grateful for the fact that I did not need to get directly involved. They took care of the dispute on my behalf, and I was not charged. 10/10!

I find it easy to schedule my shipments with Bikeflights.com. Packing directions are given if I need them. Shipping labels are easy to print, along with the option to have my shipments picked up or I drop them off at the shipping center. They inform me of the progress of my shipments, from start to finish. The fees are competitive with other methods of getting my bikes to the destination, without the hassle of dealing with airline transport.

It was easy. Great communication showing pickup, transit and delivery. I had my bike shop box it up and Pick up was at the bike shop location. Loved it!!

Great communication! I felt secure it landed at Mike's Bike. Howevever I am changing my score from a 5 to a 3 because when I picked it up, it has been scratched and paint was missing on the handlebar and the side. Guys at Mikes Bike said it was delivered upside down so that is how it got scratched.

Very easy to use & takes the work and worry out of shipping a bike.
