Super slow, barely any communication

Edit: after posting the below review I finally got my refund from Bikester. I also revised my review from 1 to 2 stars...

It's not a scam it seems, they're just a very slow acting company with very poor customer service.

My advise would be: only order from Bikester if you're sure you'll keep what you order, because...

Having to return stuff to them is not worth the hassle. They only communicated with me about it after leaving the below review and ignored the 2 emails I sent to them about it previously.

Bikester scammed me by not refunding my returned items. They told me they received my return and that it would be refunded within 20 days max...

This never happened. They never send the promised refund. They don't respond to emails either. I will never order from them again.

Apart from them never refunding me, it also took like 1 month before they even acknowledged that they received my return...

So if you order from this company and are lucky enough to even get a refund, better assume it's going to take a long time before you see your money back - if at all.

The worst service ever

The worst service ever.
Made an order 16.08. Then realized that ordered the wrong size(was not clear that it’s women’s size). Wrote to support in a hour.
After 2 days they replied that my request will be viewed in 4 days.
The same day they replied that delivery will be in 3 days (standard delivery 5-6 days). So 6 days for review a request, 10 days for delivery. No contacts at all on site. Looks like fraud.

I ordered parts from Bikester. What I ordered arrived as advertised and in a timely manner. I will order from them again as their prices are good and delivery costs are very reasonable.

worst internet store for bike parts

worst internet store for bike parts. no status, no telephone number, only email support that takes 4 days to answer. Took a week to deliver. never ordering here again.

Absolutely terrible customer service

Absolutely terrible customer service. I have placed two orders shortly after one another. They arrived in an acceptable time span by mail and all products seemed fine. However I made a Mistake with measuring, thus the part would not fit (shimano saint crankset, quite expensive component). I have sent the crankset retour using their system and a few days later I got a conformation that it was received, in good condition and i Will get full refund...

We are now MONTHS later and I still haven'5 got the amount of almost 300 euro back. Several emails sent where they respond either late or not at all. Promising me to pay me within 5 workdays everytime combined with some weak excuse.. you can't call them..

In short: good price, quality product but a customer service they should be ashamed of. So make sure you order what you need because sending it back is useless...

Thank you for the quick reply on this review. Interesting how it takes weeks to reply to a complaint/email but when you something goes public you can respond within a few hours.

You would almost not believe it. but today I finally got to speak to someone from the dutch bikester customer service by phone. He told me that the money was transfered to me on 08-07-2021. I didn't believe him so checked my bank... TODAY (15-07-2021) received: €272,99 by 'Internetstores Gmbh.. well thank you! two months after sending it back and a big headache.. Most interesting is that it took 7 days to get to me?? or did you quickly send the money over today when this story went public?

You just lost yourself a client. Your webshop is fine, the products are good but this is almost a scam.

p.s you couldn't find my email because I have ordered with a different email adress. But if you want to check: BNL1941016 should help you find it.

Quick delivery to the Netherlands, nicely designed bicycles!

I had placed 3 orders with Dutch based bicycle shops for my daughter's birthday, they all showed their bikes were either "In Stock" or "Out of Stock"; all three times I obviously ordered bicycles that were in stock, but none of them were; I was never notified, nothing! BIKESTER had the bicycle we wanted In Stock, and it was delivered quickly in time for the birthday! (We almost missed)

The bicycle we ordered was perfectly assembled and designed, the manual was well written, and the bike came with everything we needed, perfection! (the brake light did arrive damaged, but that's to be expected sometimes - all good).

Customer service was great too! Highly recommend Bikester!

Bad bad no confirmation no delivery

Hi,

I am a client and already send some emails to the Dutch and German service mailboxes.

Yesterday evening I ordered again and paid with paypal on the bikester.nl website. But did not receive any confirmation.

The phone number is not available and I do not get any response.

I also created a case with paypal so i can get my money back but hope that you can provide me with the ordered goods.

Fast delivery and quick customer service reaction on facebook

Ordered a bike from them, delivery time exactly as promised. And much faster than many other bike shops.
I had a need to communicate with customer service, cause I could not find a framenumber on my bike. I could not get a reaction via email, but via facebook they responded super quick. With a picture of the location of a framenumber on the same bike.

Horrible Customer Service

EDIT: Still after they have responded here, 3 months later NO REAL RESPONSE. THIS IS DISGRACEFUL. BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE

I ordered a bike in February which was delivered with a bent derailleur and hanger. I took pictures, sent an email, contacted on facebook, and here we stand 2 months later and all I get is "we are looking into it" and "we don't see damage" Every response is spaced by 1-2 weeks and there still has been no adequate resolution. They have offered to provide me with a new hanger but "this can take up to two weeks" literally two weeks ago. Worst service I have ever encountered.

Never again

My order was left who knows where by DPD and then someone took my package and make false delivery proof. At Bikester nobody responds to mail and you cannot call them In short: money gone and order stolen.
Some should take care of this fraud company.
