Karolis, the engineer who came to fix our tap was very polite and knowledgeable. It only took him few minutes to sort out the problem we had with the tap.

After an issue with the tap when contacting the Billi team it came to light that our company hadn't set up a care plan, they very quickly set one up for us and sent out an engineer so all was sorted
