Been using the app for years. Like seeing how far I walk with the dogs. Used to really enjoying saving for the rewards. Incredibly disappointed with the recent changes which are blatantly down to biscuit trying to save money! What’s the point of competition entries if you barely or never win. I don’t want discount vouchers, as I’ve said to them. I used to save my biscuit points for Amazon vouchers and reward the dogs with treats. I’m not interested in anything they give a discounts off. They’ve said they have no plans to change it again and tried to spin the changes as being amazing but they just are no such thing.

Used to be fantastic, got rewarded with gift vouchers for walking your dog. They have now got rid of this model and replaced it with taste card and coffee club which are just valid for terrible chain restaurants and mediocre coffee. Deleting my account

good site but does keep freezing which is very annoying having to delete it then reload.rewards are good

Loving seeing how far my dogs have walked. It encourages me to take them out.

I used to love the Biscuit app. It was free to use, and I enjoyed collecting points while walking my dogs, which I could redeem for genuinely useful vouchers like Asda gift cards.
Unfortunately, recent changes have completely ruined the experience. The number of points you can earn has been significantly reduced, many of the best rewards have disappeared, and you’re now expected to pay for a premium membership to get the most out of the app.
What was once a fun and rewarding app now feels like a waste of time. It’s really disappointing to see how much value has been taken away, and I’ve stopped using it as a result. I hope the developers listen to user feedback and bring back the rewards that made the app worth using in the first place.

At first it was great tracking everything in one go, walks, distance, wellbeing and getting vouchers was a fantastic incentive, I weighed it up and subscribed last year still getting vouchers was great, but now it £3.99 a month to enter competitions, sorry there are plenty of other apps that can record my walks that are free so I will be cancelling my subscription and no longer recommending to anyone

When they lowered points earning and introduced paid premium account I thought it's still worth it but after recent changes of removing gift cards like Deliveroo was a final straw so have canceled premium account and stopped using the app completely as new perks are useless for us.

I had to give one star in order to write a review - I wanted to give NO stars! The change to the rewards scheme means it's pretty useless for me - I live miles from anywhere, don't drink coffee or go to cafes and restaurants much, and have zero interest in entering competitions. The supermarket vouchers are gone, which means I'm essentially paying for nothing much. I've deleted the app and cancelled my subscription.

I preferred the old system — getting a guaranteed £10 voucher felt like a real incentive, unlike the current setup where it all depends on a draw.

Another case of a fun app with good rewards. Now offering very little rewards or incentive. All about driving sales to other companies and weak competitions

Was good to start with. Then went to paid version, which I reluctantly did last October. As enjoyed earning vouchers.
Paid £79 for a subscription for 2 dogs.
Now they are fiving subscription for half that amount and have stopped doing vouchers. Feels like a scam. Haven’t used for a couple of weeks will be asking for my data to be deleted as I don’t see why they should get to use it and I get nothing in return.

This app was previously free and used to be amazing. You use to earn points quickly with great rewards. Now it's rubbish, all my points have dissappeared and rewards aren't worth having. Will be uninstalling this app. Very disappointed.

I've now removed it as it's no use , all the benefits to change points to vouchers are removed. I get it free with my insurance but tbh I wouldn't pay for it. Not now , it's not worth the faff to turn on anymore.

Think others have said it all I’m very disappointed also my vouchers have disappeared(£20 worth)I’ve unsubscribed

Had this app for a couple of years and it was ace! Now they are demanding a subscription and the rewards are of no use whatsoever. I want to cancel now which is a real shame. Rubbish Biscuit percare I am really disappointed

The biscuit team are good at getting back to you within a day but…
I got a free Pit Pat. The biscuit app is on my phone. My dog is walked by me, my husband and a walker. The only way to log a walk on biscuit to reach the targets is to track the walk on the app which means when the walker or my husband walks him it’s not recorded. Ah I thought. I’ll use that he pit pat, I can see the walks on biscuit but because I haven’t recorded the walk on
Biscuit they don’t count. It’s the most ridiculous thing. I already track my own walks on my Apple Watch, pit pat is also tracking. I am not going to then track it on biscuit- which makes my
iPhone incredibly hot. I’ll prob delete the app now as it’s not worth using.

Had the app for a while before the July update and really loved it. Slow but gradual points, and could treat myself once in a while. Since the July update haven’t even bothered. No incentive whatsoever to track walks etc.
Will delete app if they don’t change it to somewhat a rewards app as it used to be.

Use to love this app, walk your dog, track your progress and get rewards like vouchers for places that you use everyday. Now competitions, 25% off and you just want us all to subscribe. No thanks.
Well done Biscuit, you absolutely ruined it. Just awful and not worth doing. Such a shame.
Now off to uninstall.
If I could give zero stars I would, literally no redeeming features.

I would have given 5 stars when I first joined a couple of years ago but a number of changes since have been for the worse. The most recent updates have done away with the useful vouchers and replaced them with 'Treats'. The only participating businesses within 30 miles are Burger King and Cafe Nero, neither of which are of any interest. The change is being marketed as better rewards overall due to the new competitions but earning enough entries and winning enough raffles to get even close to the same benefit is very unlikely, especially given the ongoing issues with tracking walks.

Well what a disappointment. Free pitpat with waggel Insurance and free biscuit subscription . £10 vouchers with major supermarkets for walking my dog. I tell everyone in person and on social media. All is going swimmingly then a rush of madness to the head on July 1st. Instead of nice fulfilling treats of shopping vouchers I get competition entries and money off coffee and meals at select places. Not even crumbs in reality. I shall look for a new insurance provider come October as the rewards are now worthless to me and many others. You've screwed up a great app.
