I love BitBox products
Great experience with BitBox so far. Their hardware wallets feel very secure (BitBox02 Bitcoin Only and BitBox02 Nova Bitcoin Only, I have both) and the company is transparent and reliable, which makes me trust them even more. I also love the BitBoxBox case, a compact and durable case designed to protect your BitBox02 and Nova wherever you go. It's a nice touch and made from tough material that holds up over time. I've also bought the tamper-evident bags and backup cards and I'm very satisfied with them.

There was an issue with my delivery (UPS van guy on drugs?), nothing to do with BB, but they handled everything, immediately sent a replacement and took care of arguing with UPS about the bungled delivery. First class support!
Since receiving the device, I have had zero issues, just confident safekeeping of my sats. :-)
