Although the delivery times for the devices were somewhat longer than initially expected, I would like to highlight the excellent support provided by BitBox throughout the entire process.

ordered the new one on amazon PRIME. very expensive, they charge all fees in advance.

bitbox ship using ups which is the worst company on the planet. impossible to reach, disorganized, posting wrong information. and they charge you ridiculous fees and more silly fees. after one week it is still on warehouse scan.

none of that happens with regular post. i receive many packages with regular post. they all arrive within one week or at least two weeks, are a fraction in shipping fees and get delivered reliably. ups is like a bad disease.they only generate problems which did not even exist before.

many people complain about ups. why do you use this unreliable and expensive organization? you hurt your business generating frustrated customers.

unfortunately i have already paid 250usd for your wallet on prime and i will not pay more than that. i will rather not accept delivery and get a refund. many reviewers write that you need to have an sd card with an unencrypted seed. this is a deal breaker for me. also the creation of a seed password is very complicated and cumbersome, many reviewers write. i have changed my mind because of these unwanted features and because i have ordered it one week ago and i have still not received it. i do not want it any more. i will refuse any additional payment, i will get refunded by amazon and i will let it go back to you automatically. if they want to deliver it, i will not accept delivery. all the best

2nd update: yesterday it was released to ups after 4 days. they do not charge any more money. at least for now. i have two major issues with the product according to the reviews: 1. the seed must be saved unencrypted on an sd card. 2. the seed password is very difficult to add and discouraged, therefore quirky.
do you mind if i try it out myself ? saving a seed unencrypted is an extremely bad idea but i could format the sd card on an offline device and i would try out the password on a multi sig vault. that is what i bought the device for.
this review was more a review about UPS. i will receive it, try it out and give you an honest feedback. if it is good, i will keep it, if not, i will return it
