The products themselves are great (bought extra ones), but the time from order to delivery compared to most internet outlets is slow, so if going on holiday e.g. order in plenty of time before going.

Camera was a gift, slightly damaged, replaced for free. I used to have a bulky moto camera, i was suprised how tiny this camera was and a bit skeptical, but it’s pretty decent, bit fiddly to set up on my mountain bike, and over rough tracks the mount moved a little. Video was stable and good quality, menus are easy to navigate.

James Manchester UK. Purchased my earbuds whilst on a TUI flight. Once home I found one side wasn’t holding charge and kept switching off. I contacted BITMORE via their email. They said someone from customer support would be in touch. Some considerable time later I had to chase them up. They agreed to replace with new ones which have now arrived. Quite good but difficulty in removing from charging case. Would be better if the earbuds had some grip ridges. Would I buy again No!

Contacted Bitmore as I had some issues in setting up app. Response was refreshingly speedy, from first response it lead me to make a further enquiry which was again responded quickly.
Nice to have proper tech/customer support.

Great brand and reliable. Had some concerns in regards to a product I have, a member of the customer service team named Ryan assisted me and resolved it really promptly, couldn’t have asked for a better experience, all round would recommend this brand over many other.

I purchased a charger which was faulty. I emailed customer service and they provided me a good explanation (it was a safety feature intended to render the device unusable in the event of a short circuit) and a new device was send and received in double quick time. Thank you for a great customer service experience.
