From the very beginning everything was quite good, it was very convenient for me to use their service, I received and sent money without any problems. But at some point they blocked my account with my money and requested additional information on my transfers. I gave them all the data they asked for. Currently, my money still blocked in the account, 2900 euros. They still did not returned the money to me. I hope that this issue will be resolved someday, but it has already been almost 6 months

Don't send them money! They froze the money on my account and say that their SEPA and crypto withdrawals don't work anymore, and I can't withdraw my money. They never announced me about it, I found it out myself when I couldn't withdraw my balance. Now I'm going to complain to the European financial authorities about this scam.

Money stuck in BlackCatCard, transfers do not work
Unfortunately transfers stopped working completely and they DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER to let the clients know.
As of today (almost a week since then transfers stopped working), they still can't provide any timeframe as for when or if this will be fixed.
Sadly, they lost all my trust and I am trying to figure out how to get my money out.
Some card payments didn't work as well, some did (as of yesterday).
It seems they are being investigated in many countries around Europe, so I am afraid they are going to end soon. They deny any impact on their operations but my experience is clearly different, so it seems they are openly lying.
Follow up after BCC's reply: Please, clarify openly WHY do you have to change "SEPA payment providers" all out of sudden and WHY HAVEN'T YOU NOTIFIED YOUR CLIENTS ABOUT THIS in any way.
Just like SEPA payments stopped working without any information (prior or even after it took place!), I have all reasong to worry that other payment options may suddenly "disappear" without any notice as well.
I can confirm that spending money via card works as of today BUT only for goods! Using it to top up any account on-line doesn't work, getting "debit card cashback" (cash with a purchase, not "cashback" in sense of a small reward for a purchase) gets denied as well without any reason (while this is a MasterCard service that works with all MC cards otherwise, regardless of the country, in which they were issued). So, I can't get to my money in any way. I can only spend them and I don't know if I can 100% rely on this being possible forever either. If I had all my funds with BCC, I'd be homeless in a few days (rent can't be paid via card).
You are being investigated in many countries. Can you say anything about it? And why is the changing of "SEPA payment providers" happening just in the same time as this investigation? Is it just a coincidence? (If so and it was planned - why haven't you told your clients before?)
When I have asked you to cancel my account, you said it's not possible now, as I can't transfer my funds in any way at the moment. I have to wait when it's possible again. If and when that is going to happen - no one has told me.

Almost every thing here doesn't work
The service is really bad, it's not a professional company. From over 1 month I'm waiting for displayed a few transactions in a history - I reported it many times, and they can only send the automatic message which the sens is "is not our fault, we can do nothing, you need to wait (maybe for whole your life), thanks for patience". So, if you made any transaction with the card you need to have your own documentation (I recommend making a screenshots of every transaction that you did to be sure that your account ballance is correct, really). I never had this problem in any other account.
Another thing - they offer a bonus 35€ from referral code if you fulfil the conditions (spend 1k€ with card). Forget about it, it's a scam! Because the transactions are not apearing in your history they will not pay you bonus.
I made a decision to transfer money to another account (that's I had never a problem like that) becouse this account seems too shady and I have not trust for. And then they had another problem - the SEPA transfers doesn't work. Obviously - like always - they don't know when they will fix it, it was few days ago.
The app is oldfashioned and have many lags.
Minus:
-card payment doesn't works correctly
-transfer doesn't work correctly
-bonuses (from the refferal code) are not paid, it's a cheat
-desktop have a lags
-custumer support answers quickly, but it's never helpful
The pros:
-they pay 4% p.a. for an account ballance
Anyway, it's a too big risk to put any money there, I recommend to choose normal bank, or better fintechs.
UPDATE: From 3 months is still the same. They didn't fix any of problem. This company is not serious.

I maintain what I wrote below. After 1 hour on the chat with David, same scenario. They follow their check list and do not think outside the box ! They ask the same questions over and over again when they already have the information in the chat.
They are definitively a waste of time !!! The registering process is meant to be simple and taking few minutes.
That must be in their dreams !!!
More than 5 hours spent over 2 afternoons and the account is not opened :(
Everything is quite straight forward until scanning of your ID and once you succeed, because not too this or not too that, it is the taking of your own photo !!! Apparently my Sony Experia latest generation has not got a camera LOL !!!
Their support/chat line, another waste of time. When you do not repeat 3 times the same things because "Gregory" at the end of the line does not seems to have the neurons working, he's giving you advices on how to take a selfie ! The sentence "I have changed since the photo on my passport was taken" does not get into his brain's cells !!!
A friend of mine advise them because I have my cure ops in Malta, I should have broken my leg on the day I met him instead of listening on how brilliant Blackcatcard.com are !

After waiting 4 months for any cashback for November, they claim transactions still have not been verified they are waiting for. I see the same situation happening for every single month and despite request to evaluate this issue to management I receive only requests to wait further without a rough time window to resolve this. This is absolutely un-acceptable. As a customer I do not care who is responsible for these processes, I only have one contractual partner...
Please no rubbish about uploading my details to a safe zone on truspilot, contact me directly. Just ask your customer service about who is reporting these issues and reach out to me anytime if I am the only one...
I am reporting this as banking fraud to the European Anti-Fraud Office. Good luck to you.

Have you read my review?? You have just confirmed exactly the point I am making and the reason why the service is crap.
There are many transactions from over 4+ months ago that are not yet confirmed since the account was opened and I have not received 1 cent cashback…
And I cannot cancel the card with non confirmed transactions! I have never experienced something like this in my 20+ years using Mastercard. So now I’m stuck waiting for an undefined time while you receive fees for a dormant account…
Try to see the problem from your customer view if you want to improve. Your customer says this is unacceptable and wants a solution from his contractual partner and no-one else: Like paying cashback on transactions already confirmed or something else. Work it out if this isn’t fraud.

I don't see the amount on my account, they have allocated it to their own account.
Every time they say that the account is under review, and they will notify you by email.
I don't really understand what's going on!
