I had a problem with some safety trainers. Contacted customers support and sent a picture of the problem. Upgrade trainer's supplied foc so very happy with this company. Definitely recommend this company.

Very Quick delivery and what I order far exceeded my expectations, quality and comfort are the best I have ever had and cheaper than some previous similar items.

Listen up workies are you up and down…
Listen up worries are you up and down or on your feet all day I have something like 15 pairs of work boots and all of them have something wrong with them a steel toecap that digs into a toe or the insoles are like cigarette paper but I’ve found the most comfortable boots on the market and the price is right aswell try the black hammer 1500 or the stan boot they are light Ali toecap strong soft leather lined . The insole is comfy and warm just feels great on with customer service aswell brilliant

Immaculate Customer Service
Wow, What a fantastic company with an immaculate customer service. I put in an order a couple of weeks ago but had not received my order. After an email Black Hammer were on it and within two days, I received my order. Black Hammer were absolutely brilliant. On top of that, the work trainers are comfiest work trainer i have ever purchased. Will be using this company again. Without a doubt.

Returns facility great but no communication for 5 days thereafter. After follow up email, response was immediate with apology and exchange product dispatched.

Unfortunately I believe the delay was due to the wrong postcode being submitted on the order and once it leaves our warehouse and into our delivery partners it is then somewhat out of our control. However we appreciate that you have paid for a service (such as next day) and did not receive it and as a good will gesture we will issue you a refund for this. Of the 3 items they 'delivred' this week 1 was left on my nieghbours porch and 2 (including yours) were thown over a fence 100 yds away.

We use a number of logistics partners, including Evri, Royal Mail and Amazon, as delivery services for the free (£ 40+ Spend) standard service, depending on which warehouse the products ship from. We do this to offer the best performance features and customer service at a competitive price, as most customers prefer to save on cost for a better product and aftercare support.
On a positive note we are glad you found the products to be excellent
