Great Customer Service!
What started out as a slight order processing error ended in a really positive customer experience. I had only received part of my order (1 of 2 pairs). I also needed to change the size of the pair I had received. Once I got in touch with the team, they offered to send me the correct items without me having to urgently return the items already sent to me. They were quick to respond, quick to resolve the issue and left me feeling satisfied as a customer. Couldn't recommend them enough and I will be purchasing again!

Quality of the product is outstanding, very well made - how Caterpillar used to be - snug, solid and comfy. Customer service speed of response to correct a delivery address was 3 minutes by email - mind blown! Delivery by Batmobile next day. Cannot fault the product or experience.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE
My husband purchased a pair of waterproof steel toe cap trainers and was very pleased with them, a few months later the stitches went on one of the shoes, we couldn’t find the original proof of purchase but found the payment date. With not having much hope we contacted Black Hammer who were AMAZING the customer care was outstanding, within 4 working days a new pair of trainers arrived. Well done Black Hammer

Quality of the shoes is great
Quality of the shoes is great. Light weight for long days but with the protection needed. Love the elastic laces, easy to tighten so unlike slip ones you can adjust. Would have 5 star if the courier hadn’t los5 the first delivery, but was sorted in less than 48 hrs, sadly no choice to NOT use Evri , who were at their usual worst again.

We really appreciate your feedback Robin. When we look at how we can provide high performance safety and workwear and excellent customer service at a reasonable cost we looked at costs and services for delivery across a number of logistics partners. We do offer next day delivery and the option for Royal Mail at an additional cost but found most customers were happy with free delivery.
We have equally had as many issues of lost parcels across most providers and thankfully it is a very small number. We are always monitoring our logistics partners and customer feedback so appreciate you taking the time to share yours.
