Customer service is atrocious

Customer service is atrocious, most time you cannot get the office the one in Ancaster Hamilton .I would not recommend anyone at the store in Hamilton.

I really like the blinds once I got…

I really like the blinds once I got them. However the first time they arrived broken and had to be reordered, which was quite frustrating and demonstrates poor quality control to leave the factory this way. Given that one side was missing a string, I will assume factory quality issue and not damaged in transit.

Got a few missing items and a damaged…

Got a few missing items and a damaged blind , had to go back and forth just to get it fixed . Would have been really happy if the ordered products were perfectly in place during the first pickup of products ordered.

your employee forced my mom to wear and…

your employee forced my mom to wear and mask even though she had an exemption and on top of that she was rude about it. completely ignoring civil human rights and decency. We were in the store during the time exemptions were still in place, furthermore according to law, if any store is open, it is illegal for any store to deny entry or force anyone to put on a mask, despite what mainstream media says. The human rights laws of Canada take precedence over any store owner's wishes. The only reason I didn't tell her to f-off off and not give you any of my business, is that i did not want to upset my sick old and frail mom.

Making the Customer Happy

We ordered blinds and when they were installed we were dismayed to discover that you could see inside the house at night. We were quite clear that at night we wanted privacy. I was at the store to exchange some brackets and mentioned that I was disappointed with the privacy. The store manager promptly offered that they would exchange the blinds. When we put in our initial order it was never clearly explained to us the differences of the gradings on the solar shades nor were the samples held up to the light board. Once the store manager went through this process, we fully appreciated the nuances of the shades.
We are happy to report that the blinds were exchanged and all is good.

Service was excellent from the initial visit to the store right up to the installation of our blinds. The installers were quick, efficient and tidy. We will definitely use Blinds to Go again in future.

Customer Service Excellent/Initial Blinds too Wide

The customer service in the store was excellent. When we received our blinds my husband went to install them but some were too tight. We needed to get the sides trimmed. I’m disappointed that this happened because the product and price is excellent!

We paid for a premium blind white with…

We paid for a premium blind white with tan accent stripes. In the showroom the stripes were very prominent. In our home they just look white until you are viewing 6 inches away. Not happy, please consider a partial refund and not a store credit. The order # is 136096 and no I did not talk to the store manager.

Service

My beautiful blinds arrived when expected but when installing found to be missing hardware. One phone call and a quick trip to my Hamilton store got the missing pieces and installation by my husband was only one day delayed. Blinds are fantastic and I don’t begrudge the cost. Well worth it!

Very happy with professional At Home…

Very happy with professional At Home Shopping Experience. She had great advice and helpful with colour matching. Stayed within my budget and was not pushy.
Installer very friendly, professional.
One set of blinds were not made according to measurements submitted. However, blinds were guaranteed to be ready in one week and true to their word they were. Would definitely recommend Blinds To Go!
