From the moment I walked into the store was Peggy not only professional but friendly and incredibly helpful. She was super patient as I explained my needs and provided excellent recommendations. It was such a pleasure to deal with her and Juan who measured and installed my blinds did a fabulous job!!

I spent a couple of thousand dollars at this store in Deptford, New Jersey. For one the manager or whoever she is is very rude and obnoxious. For 2 I keep having problems with one of the mini blinds I purchased. It bent after having the blind a few months. They do not stand behind their product. They said if it bends thats basically on me. So I ordered a new blind. The second one literally fell when I was pulling it down and bent as it fell. They re-did the blind but are basically blaming us that we did not put it in correctly. The first time they installed it and we still had a problem. So this is the second time now that i had a problem. Now they want to charge me for coming to install it themself. I originally went there in July of 2024 because they were supposedly good. That is a joke

Prices on the spot for every option
We loved working with Tranae Landrum in person at Blinds To Go in Peabody, MA. After struggling to compare roller shade options at various online companies, it was incredibly helpful to have someone who could instantly explain the price differences between materials, valances, and additional options. She told us that Solar 1% is the same as Light Filtering, which gave us a few more options. She provided prices on the spot for every choice I was considering. When I placed my order for the Leyton Swan material, I felt great about both my selection and the value I was getting. Tranae was super knowledgeable and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Thank you!

The blind installer was on time. He was very professional. He introduced himself and asked where were the windows that needed the blinds installed. Once I showed him, he got started and was finished in no time at all

It was so easy to deal with Blinds to go in Patchogue
It was so easy to deal with Blinds to go, from being to end it went very easy. Lots to chose from, was given about when they would be installed and they even came in early. I had my verticals and skylight shades in less then a month. Justin installed them and was very neat and professional. I know where my next order will be placed when i need more. From Day 1/Purchase to Day 11/Installation
As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Keylaine Walls who gave us a quick explanation of the store and then gave us time to look. Once we knew where we had questions, Keylaine came to help and explain everything we needed to know. I made my choice of blinds and within a short time Keylaine had my order worked up, a date for someone to come to check measurements and we were done.
