I suspect a scam

I suspect a scam. Do not buy anything. I made an order of several products on 7th December 2024 as Christmas gifts. When they didn’t arrive (despite being requested feedback on my purchase) they said it would take 15 to 20 days shipping. Still didn’t arrive. Tracking showed no update at all. On contact, they said it had been lost in transit and asked me to confirm destination??? 24th January and I requested refund. I will keep you posted!

Waste of money.

Purchased 3 pillow cases for my husband and myself about 3-4 months ago. Took a couple of weeks to get to the UK from America so no issues there. Having now used them for a couple of months we have not had any improvement in our sleep and no difference in our hair or skin. Complete waste of money.

Import charge to uk

The pillow cases are lovely and I've had mine for years, only handwashed, however I had to pay import charges before delivery to the UK which was in and around £30 but as I'd orderd 4 pillowcases I just had to cut my losses and payed also it did say free shipping when orderd, im unsure if this has changed but be aware as there is no info when ordering to explain that.

Further big expense to return items.

I reviewed a few days ago to tell of my difficulty in contacting Blissy.
Well, I finally got an email ftom their " concierge" , telling me that they DON'T give out return labels , and you have to send items back by post yourself.
Today I sent back two useless silk hairbands by post in original packing, - a small box weighing hardly anything.
It cost £22 to send to the USA.
Hardly worth doing, but I did it on principle. I'll await a refund now!
AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Don't order from the uk

Ordered scrunchies that never arrived.i contacted blissy as well as DHL. Blissy said they had been delivered 2nd march 07:10 checked my cctv and ring doorbell because I wasn't in at that time nobody had been. No calling card I also I didn't get a time slot. Apparently they had been delivered to a different postcode. I have contacted about 4 times and all I get is they have been delivered. Far as I'm concerned it's fraudulent. I see all the glowing reviews they must all be in the USA. Don't buy if you're in the uk there's better companies than blissy in the UK.

blissy.co.uk Doesn’t Exist but Positive Experience with uk.blissy.com

Placed an order from the UK. The site was uk.blissy.com. I was sceptical due to reading some poor reviews, but the pillowcase arrived yesterday and delivery took just 9 days. I ordered the Queen size Pink Galaxy pillowcase and paid £39.65. I chose to buy from Blissy because I liked the cute designs they had, if I didn’t care about the designs or wanted plain then I would buy a cheaper 22 momme pillowcase of the same quality from somewhere located in the UK. I couldn’t find anywhere else that had cute designs like Blissy. I think the pillowcase is worth what I paid but I wouldn’t pay full price. I searched for discount codes online and tried a few until I find the best one. I used code BLISSYBFCMVIP

The pillowcase is like the pictures and it feels high quality and it’s very soft and smooth. The pattern is really cute and pretty. I slept with it last night and my hair was so much better than usual this morning. I have quite large and plump UK Standard goose down pillows which sometimes are too big and bulky for certain pillowcases, but the Blissy US Queen size is quite roomy. This is good for me because I feel like less strain on the zipper will prolong the lifespan of the pillowcase, however, if you have thin UK standard pillows then perhaps the US standard may fit better. The pillowcase does wrinkle easily, but that is just how all real silk is.

I haven’t washed the pillowcase yet, and have only had it for 1 day, if anything goes wrong down the line, I will try to remember to update the review.

EDIT: I attempted to leave this same feedback on the Blissy website, they acknowledged receipt of the review but haven’t included it on their website. It seems evident that they filter reviews. I have deducted one star as a result.

The silk is so soft!

I ordered the Blissy pillow case, and the Blissy eye mask in the New Years sale, as a treat to myself.
I already had a cheaper silk pillowcase from Amazon, and I wanted to see if the Blissy one was better quality.
The Blissy pillow case was definitely higher quality, it felt so smooth to touch, and such lovely colours.
I read the online reviews after placing my order, and I was initially worried, that I would have a bad experience.
In fact I needn’t worry, as they both came beautifully packaged.
Yes they took a while to be delivered, but I expected that, as they came from America.
But I am very happy with my buying experience from Blissy, and if the price was right, I would definitely buy from them again.
I will say that as I’m a UK customer, the standard pillow cases are small for size, so I ordered a Queen sized pillowcase, and that size was perfect for my pillow.
Don’t think about it, buy one you won’t regret it. It’s the perfect self indulgence!

Fraud!!!!

Fraud!!!!! My package was never delivered. Went to a random address. Keep sending them email with evidence -keep giving me generic answers that "yes,it has been delivered". Tracking number apparently is too long for DHL to track it. Even though it said Blissy Ireland with .ie on the paige- IT ALL COMES FROM USA. Absolute FRAUD, FAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE, LAWSUIT ON THE WAY!

BEWARE and AVOID

BEWARE and AVOID. This is the worst company in the world. FIRST the package took two weeks to arrive ... there was no clear indication you're ordering from America. SECOND, just like another reviewer, I ordered white and the product clearly looks white on their web site. It's not and they said when I complained that 'Blissy White' is actually Ivory/Creamy White!!!. Fortunately, I could send them back but only then FOURTH I realised they have to go back to California. Then FIFTH Blissy insisted for a week I had to use a PO Box address and you can't get a courier to do that. Eventually they said just drop the PO Box number. SIXTH, it cost me around £25 to send them back ... they don't provide return labels or refund returns even when they misrepresent the produuct. SEVENTH, they then said it takes two weeks to process refunds. LASTLY, tbh, the product quality didn't look that good ... nasty seams and zips compared to others. See other reviews re quality too. All in all around two months of sheer hassle. Do yourself a favour, ignore the BS on their web site and buy elsewhere.

Please don’t be sucked in. If you are in the UK you will have to pay for any returns to California. I didn’t read the small print. Also, and the reason for my dispute, is that I purchased four ‘white’ king pillowcases. They arrived at night and I excitedly put two onto my pillows. The other two remained boxed. In the morning I could see clear as day that their white is, in fact, ivory. I emailed informing them and requested a refund. They responded generically and stated that their white is actually “creamy white”. I’ve responded to say it’s either white or it’s not and in their case, it is not. All my other bedding is white and these pillowcases do not match. They did not provide any returns or refund information. The email wasn’t even addressed to me personally, or signed by anyone. I feel I’m going to have to go into battle and involve my credit card company to reverse the transaction. Don’t buy from them if you are in the UK. You are likely going to be very disappointed.

Pillow case ruined within 1 year

Pillow case ruined within 1 year. Everyone else says the same.
Do not pay the premium for a mediocre product. Seriously, avoid this and get a cheaper silk from Amazon - lasts longer, feel/looks the same, doesn’t have a big logo on it (blissy does!). Disappointed

Blissys only guarantee is that you’ll have to get a new pillowcase every year.

Dissapointed, terrible quality

Dissapointed! They say their pillowcases are machine washable. Why do they come apart after just few washes? I would expect a pillowcase for this price to last for years. After researching more, I see other brands advising against machine washing, silk has to be hand washed. I wish I was told this earlier! The customer service is terrible... They don't seem to care. Won't be buying from Blissy again. I'm getting my silk pillowcases from Real Silk this year. Cheaper and better.

I purchased two pillowcases earlier…

I purchased two pillowcases earlier this year I followed instructions on how to wash etc.Both of them dud not even last 3 months! They tore where the zip is. Bearing in mind they are not cheap. I emailed Blissy to ask if this was a common problem with it happening to both of my pillowcases they did send me one replacement never answered my question. Not happy as I did follow correct instructions to wash. Please be mindful when purchasing

They don’t expect them to last more than a year

I bought a pillowcase for my husband who wasn’t sleeping very well. It didn’t seem to make much difference but we held out hope. We had a pillowcase for 13 months. It was used about 50% of the time as I had pillows matching my second set of bedding. I go to put it in today and the silk as ripped all along where it attaches to the zip. It’s the actual silk that’s ripped, not the seam. I contacted Blissy and apparently as we’re out of our 12 month guarantee they won’t cover it. So basically they only expect their products to last 1 year. For me, though they offered a 25% discount, this is too much money for 1 year. Look elsewhere in my opinion

The worst customer service I've ever…

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. The confirmation email I received had a different colour on it than the one I ordered so I notified them straight away. They wouldn't do anything about it other than I can return the pillowcase at my own cost and cover the cost of an exchange. Will never buy from them again. The absolute pits.

Order despatched 1st June for…

Order despatched 1st June for International Delivery. Website clearly states that - International Orders & Shipping Our products are shipped within 1-3 Days using the following carriers: DHL. Please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery.

Last tracking (not with DHL) date is June 11th. Order appears to be missing. Blissy Customer Service tells me now that delivery is within 15 to 20 working days. Not good enough!
