Items are sent from US, its not a UK company despite Web address. Spent £100 on a Xmas gift ordered in early November. It's 'in transit' 3 weeks later. No updates. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

The zip came apart- originally promised a new item. It didn’t arrive. Numerous emails etc later nothing. I am being totally ignored.

Customer service is non existant - don't buy from UK
I thought I was buying one pillow case for £36, but it said pack of 4 and i ended up paying aprx £150 - that was probably my fault but when asking for a returns on the other 3 pillow cases I have not had a response. ALSO, when they arrived, one of them has marks on it in the corner and the quality was not as I expected - I am still trying to get a response from them to get a returns label and radio silence. Even though the item is faulty. Yet they continue to send me promotional emails, saying if you have any issues don't hesitate to email us, but ZERO response. It probably doesn't help that I am from the UK and they are US. But i won't buy from them again unless they turn around their customer service.
I have tried since July to complain
I have tried since July to complain, I have emailed, contacted them via their website every time its like starting the conversation from scratch DHL claimed to have delivered my order, which never happened, they were investigating back in July, since then I have made the same complaint at least 20 times with the same result, they want the same information again. I'm so disappointed I've had other successful orders but will never trust them again, a waste of money, totally out of pocket

DO NOT PURCHASE THE WHITE PILLOWCASE! It is not white. It is ivory, by Blissy’s own admission. Also do not purchase if you live in the UK. Blissy is in America. If you wish to return it then Blissy will expect you to pay, which is against Distance Selling Regs and Consumer Rights Act. Terrible customer service. Wish I hadn’t wasted my money!
NO STARS FOR BLISSY…
I really want to give Blissy no stars at all. They are the worst company I have dealt with. I cannot find a UK customer service phone no or address to contact. Their email address keeps bouncing back despite having checked it. In short this company is a huge disappointment and I fear I have lost my money as I can get no answer from them.

I placed 2 separate orders 3 weeks ago and neither have come. No dispatch email, no order confirmation email, no contact whatsoever - but they have taken the money. Scam company!
Order cancelled...No dispatch after 2weeks!
On the basis they advise items are dispatched with 1-3 days there was no update for a week before i contacted them, was advised items would be dispatched within 3-5 working days. Another week later, there was no sign of an update so i contacted them to cancel my order.
The responses were very standard with no apology and would advise people to avoid! I've now ordered silk pillowcases from M&S

Blissy have refused to refund or…
Blissy have refused to refund or replace a seriously ripped pillow case which I bought the end of December 2021 even though I have followed their washing instructions. Poor quality.

Wow! I love love love me silk pillow case. I can’t recommend this beauty enough! It’s made a huge difference to my skin and hair. I now take it on holiday with me too. It arrives in beautiful packaging so makes lovely gifts for friends and family too.

Great pillowcases. Ordered for Christmas gifts & for myself. Easy ordering & arrived within a couple of weeks. They were nicely packaged in gift boxes. They really wash well & have made a difference to my hair & skin. I bought for family & they love them too. They have purchased more.

My order has not arrived ,I ordered 4 pillowcases at £136 ,since mid February .
A delivery company contacted me from uk & delivered to the wrong address but I am still waiting for my order.
I am very dissapointed' also customer care do not recognise my tracking order.
Ordered 4 pillowcases back in October…
Ordered 4 pillowcases back in October 2021they never arrived. I chased and completed a lost parcel claim form. New lot were supposed to have been sent by courier at beginning of February. The tracking for the courier company was invalid. Still not arrived. Have now demanded a refund.
Rubbish customer service
Awful service , waited a month for my items only to be told they are lost, no apology just asked if I wanted refund or items to be sent again. Very disappointed 😞
