Ordered on the 4th December 2022 with guaranteed xmas delivery promised as it was a present. Was returned to Blissy in January because the customs charge was unpaid within the 16 day timeframe. Customer service had no idea until I tracked it. They resent another one and this time it’s stuck in customs since February 6th. The customs charge timeframe has now expired so I presume it will be returned once again. Customer service are useless. So many emails to them and now they will not even respond. Even though Blissy had said they definitely pay customs, I would gladly pay it just to receive what I have paid for nearly 3 months ago, except I don’t even have the customs reference number that was obviously sent to Blissy to pay. The worst online shopping experience of my life. Would not recommend anyone to order!!

Don't be fooled by the hype!
Totally overpriced pillowcases. Nicely boxed and well made. However, pillowcases are small and I have to force my pillows into them. Blissy must pay people to write the 5 star reviews. They don't improve hair or skin quality and definitely don't improve sleep. Don't be fooled by the hype!
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
I ordered 2 Blissy pillowcases which arrived in 2 weeks. I needed to get in touch with customer services about a return, they give a phone number and an email address, neither work. I tried phoning at differant times of the day (i am in England) and have sent numerous emails and have had NO replies . So i am stuck with a £51 pillow case that i do not need. I would urge people not to buy from them.

The company was advertising
"This pillowcase is quickly becoming the must have gift of 2021" towards winter 2021. Some way ending January 2022, it changed to
"This pillowcase is quickly becoming the must have gift of 2022"
A few months later ads disappeared and then reappeared in Dec 2022 into January 2023 .
And we were laughing for weeks showing
"This pillowcase is quickly becoming the must have gift of 2022" When we were in 2023.
And then on 22 January they changed it to
"This pillowcase is quickly becoming the must have gift of 2023".
Which makes us know this is completely fake data analysis and just putting up sales tactics that is not true.
Can not recommend such a company or their product.
Avoid Blissy at all costs
Have to say I can’t comment on the product as it hasn’t arrived although it was ordered nearly four weeks ago, lots of emails telling me about the points I have for the one purchase .. the reality is this is simply another Chinese drop shop claiming to be Everywhere except China .. would pay the extra £5 and buy a UK product that I would get within a day or two.

Terrible company. Placed an order 2 months ago and to date, still waiting. I’ve tried cancelling but this is impossible, Blissy are saying the order can’t be cancelled as it has been shipped. The shipping company is saying they have not received any goods from Blissy. I initially thought I was ordering from the U.K., as I went on a U.K. website. Why they are allowed to still operate in the U.K. is a mystery! This is simply a fraudulent company.

This company took my money and never fulfilled my order. Fobbed me off with constant auto responses. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Advertise couriers then use completely different. Alter delivery time to what is advertised and pretend to ship order but don't. They ignore any questions for help. You will never receive your blissy pillowcase from this company. completely fake.

Wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. As with everyone else, order made on Oct 6th never arrived. Countless emails to customer service have been ignored. My advice would be, if you purchased through paypal then raise a dispute with them - I finally got my refund that way. Or go through your bank/credit card company and see if they can help.

I placed an order on 1st December and my product still hasn't arrived. Every time I email them to chase my order they give me a link to track the package which has been in transit since 31st December. They are useless!!! Do not use!!!!

Still waiting for delivery despite past 3 weeks saying has been shipped.. feel scammed as have had £100 of my hard earned money to give as xmas gifts and no response from blissy other than to keep sending emails saying is on way..do not buy from this company 😑

Just like everyone else, the whole experience has been awful. Orders for £200 worth of goods have been ‘with courier in UK’ since 5 December and no updates except poorly spelt standard emails. In the Christmas rush it’s too easy to get scammed, but what (if any) are our rights as consumers? I cannot find anything much!
BLISSY IS A DISGUSTING SCAM
My experience has been exactly as described by all other one star reviews. There should be a zero or negative option. Ordered pillow case on 27 November and it has still not arrived. At time of order the delivery period quoted was 1-2 weeks. Have tried contacting Blissy many times. First excuse was Covid (restrictions long since lifted) then Royal Mail strike (Royal Mail was not being used) then high volume of demand (lucky Blissy- especially when they don't actually fulfill all these prepaid orders!!). Blissy has no idea where my order is or when (if ever) it might arrive). A refund for failure to fulfill my prepaid order as per website at time of order has been refused. I repeat other reviewers BLISSY HIS IS A SCAM firm...DO NOT ORDER -EVER).

Totally agree with other reviews - terrible company. Ordered some items on 26th November for Christmas, shipping says International orders take 1-2 weeks, no-where on the website does it say it takes 15-20 working days. I have emailed but cannot get anything other than a standard email quoting the tracking number, which says my order has been in London for the last 7 days. Now because our office is closed for 10 days over Christmas, if they try to deliver there will be no-one here - then what, will I get a refund - very much doubt it! Never order from these people.

Bought 4 pillow cases on 13th November. Money taken immediately but no confirmation email
When nothing had arrived early December started contacting them, they we extremely unhelpful, asking for order number even though they had not sent it. They eventually sent an email with tracking, this showed had been in uk since 25th November
Complained via PayPal, they have replied but again very unhelpful, they are blaming all on royal mail strike, but from what others gave posted they generally use other carriers.
Their latest suggestion was I contacted royal mail to arrange a pick up.

Spent £190 on pillow cases, not received anything weeks later, no updates. I emailed 5 times and heard nothing. Contacted my credit card company to cancel the payment and blissy had taken the money after 3 days! Now having to raise a dispute to get my money back. Very upset and disappointed. Scam company! Do not use!

Ordered 4 pillow cases early November and it's the 9th December now so will be lucky to get them in time for Xmas... really disappointed with their lack of Customer Service and if I realised they were being shipped from America I wouldn't have bothered ordering them.
