I could not get the PDF tax report to download. Support explained that probably the download was blocked in my browser settings. That was the solution.
I hope I remember next year. 😊

Simply put, the product is not working as advertised. If you use margin borrowing or lending on FTX, the software calculates nonsense, and despite the team acknowledging this there is no prior warning neither a refund for a bad product.
And just to give some context on the reply from Blockpit:
They say the software can be tested limitlessly, which is not true. Either you have a trial version which does not allow you to import all transactions, or you have 14 days for the full version. Given that, in my case, the full version imported thousands of transactions, and that I required support (which sometimes took 6-9 days to reply), 14 days is clearly not enough to discover that the software is not working as advertised.
I wish they would be as fast and diligent in their support than in their reaction to critics. In that case, I might have gotten a refund of my 599 Euro. Yes, 599 Euro for a product which is not working !!!
So, reiterating my recent experience :
if you have few transactions, it might work. But then you can also do it yourself. If you have lots of transactions with slightly more complexity, stay away !!!

our software and therefore all our automated import solutions like FTX can be tested limitlessly and for free. Our FTX API import meets the highest standards and the import scope is disclosed in the following article: https://help.blockpit.io/hc/en-us/articles/4404977897874
Sadly, not every exchange provides all necessary data and therefore the hands of 3rd party tax tools are bound to a certain degree. In your case, loan deposits can not be imported automatically. These resulting insufficiencies are highlighted as "warning" in your account and can be easily fixed via manual deposits as described in the linked article.
Our license model is based on a one-time purchase to get access to the tax report for a specific tax year. Refunds can only be granted within 14 days or in some special cases.

If you are scared about your crypto taxes then Blockpit will definitely be a big help.
They have great customer support.
The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is that a lot of the task you need to perform in the UI is repeative, often the filters you set up are not saved so you have to set them all the time.
Otherwise great product

The advertising is wrong.
The advertising is wrong.
The premium support is only available as long as you didn't pay. Once you paid for it the responses take long. Still waiting for replies.
The tool doesn't calculate the profit right. First of all, some transactions need manual confirmation. So you need to dig into it anyways. Second, I document my trades and have a differnt number of total profit. Not sure what is going on since support didn't reply yet.
