I previously did a 1 star pretty scathing review coming from Accointing which was the best tracker for crypto accounting bar none!
But I was to quick to judge as the reply I got was outstanding and after trying out 6 other frustrating applications in the space I decided to just really try to understand the new platform I probably wanted to hate from the start because it wasn’t Accointing. (So gutted they went as I had 3 years of easy blissful easy crypto accounting) But I have to say in Blockpit there are some really good features especially for explaining categories to put transactions that you have to edit. (Total nightmare at times)
The explanations they do make so much sense per category and are way way better than Accointings. ( I now know I have made some mistakes in previous years) Just need them to sort Nexo import before April 2024 please Blockpit team!! Lol
So I was to quick to judge but they are very busy in the background putting in the features Accointing had to the platform, so in my humble opinion blockpit could really be a powerhouse overnight when they have completed that merge!! So I purchased there cheeky black Friday deal and put in a support ticket about Nexo imports. DONT JUDGE TO QUICK like I did! I apologise for my poor one star review I gave you Blockpit Team and I hope if I have cost you any lost buisness that I get some back with this review.

I had purchased the tax package before Black Friday deal. I was refunded my original payment so that I could then repurchase the tax package using the Black Friday promo code. The Blockpit team turned it around in one day! Appreciate the help and the savings.

Blockpit is not as good as Accointing ...
Compared to Accointing features, user interface and overall user experience is not sufficient. Product lacks even a basic IOS app available via Apple AppStore.

The blockpit web interface is intuitive to use and offers a wide range of APIs for easy import of transactions.
For the future I hope there will be full mobile apps for Android and IOS.
