This vape is my favourite but not easy…

This vape is my favourite but not easy to find in shops. It was easy to order and arrived quickly. I ordered two for free delivery. They are easy to use and feel like a real cigarette so good for giving up smoking

Your technical faults should not be my problem.

When there was a technical fault, I was told to cancel my subscription and start over. This is not a satisfactory resolution.
The original subscription contained an item that became out of stock. Their solution was to pause my subscription but, when I edited the details I couldn’t update my subscription. After quite a few attempts, I let them know and I was told that it was a technical fault and I had to cancel my subscription and start again.
This is for my adult son who depends on these vapes to get him through a day. He was very disappointed when he ran out.
How does a business succeed this way?

I found it very difficult to find a spare cleomiser, just kept going round in a loop, very annoying and I gave up in the end .

Unmatched Customer Support makes up for hardware flaws

The customer service at blu is hands down the best I have ever experienced. While the product itself is decent—I’d give the reusable pods a 6.5/10 due to occasional technical failures—the after-sales support is what keeps me loyal.
