Good product

I like the product, the photo is good quality and it smells good. but it came dirty in the back, it looks like it has marker on it. Other than that, quick shipping, thank u:)

Wouldn't recommend

When I didn't receive my order I enquired via email and received this reply:
Thank you for reaching out!
We apologize to inform you that there was an issue with your order.
Our team requests the photo you uploaded. They need to manually create this order for you due to some error in the system. We are sorry for not informing you sooner.
We'll wait for your immediate response.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.

It is strange that the issue with the retailers system was only mentioned after I contacted them - I requested a refund rather than wait any longer and the be fair they refunded me without delay. That earned them an extra star.

payed but got no product

no email to confirm order send the support team an email still no reply but they will happily take my money! not happy about this still waiting for my package to turn up it’s only 3 days late

I still haven’t received my order

I still haven’t received my order. I placed the order in mid November, with the expectation that it would arrive within 15 or so days. It was a Christmas present which I now won’t be able to ship to the recipient because they live in the US and it won’t make it in time. When I emailed on 2nd December I was told that my email would be passed onto somebody else to review. 10 days later and I’ve heard nothing. Appalled.

Very good product and service!

The mugs are working as it says it would. One of the mug arrived broken. I sent a picture to the company and the answer was very fast. They replaced my broken mug quickly and they verified wich picture they needed to remake. Very good service!

I ordered a pet pillow and a face…

I ordered a pet pillow and a face pillow. The face pillow is scary it is so life like. The pet pillow is okay but the face is a bit distorted probably because of the puffiness. All in all, I am very pleased with the product and the service.

They won me back with their communication!

Although I didnt have the best experience when it came to the delivery time, I have to say Bluecrate did everything they could to recify the issue and their communication throughout was excellent. I am over the moon with my purchase and so so happy they arrived in time for christmas.
The way the dealt with the issue has ensured I will use their company again
