Ordering software broken
Ordering software broken - changed my selection to the default display. I got the wrong mask. Asked for a refund. Was told to send a picture - I did. Then I was told it would be referred "to the team". How many people does it take to process a simple refund? I doubt I'll ever see my money...

However, prompt refund and friendly email exchange when communicating about the shipping issue
So can't give 5 stars since I didn't get my mask, but kudos for how it was handled.

Great service
We ordered two cups with photos of our grandchildren on them. They were easy to order and they arrived promptly. The quality of the image on the cups is excellent. Can't ask for much more than that.

Absolutely Stunning presents
I received the other day the personalised dolls and the coffee mug. They were absolutely stunning and exactly as i hoped to be!!
I gave the dolls and the mug as presents and i was so happy by their reactions. Even my dad loved his Super-Dad doll for his birthday!!
