Blue Flame Gas Solutions Reviews 

I contacted Blue Flame as I was carrying out some house renovations, and wanted to upgrade my 20+ year old boiler with a new and more efficient model. I also wanted the boiler moved to a new location.

Garry came to survey the property and offered some great advice and information which helped me to make a decision.

The quote was received by email within a couple of days. This included a breakdown of all the requested works, and was very competitive compared to other quotes.

The two engineers who came to carry out the installation were very professional, and the works were carried out to the highest of standards.

I felt confident in being able to leave the property whilst the works were being carried out. The areas were left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of each day.

Following installation Garry took time to re-visit the property and run through all of the features/settings of my new boiler, and ensure that I was happy with the installation.

A couple of weeks later I also received the Gas Safe and boiler warranty certificates as promised.

I would gladly hire Blue Flame to carry out further works in my property, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Absolutely first class service every time. Previously had a radiator replaced, excellent job. This time I had a new Viessmann boiler installed. Fantstic service. Garry is very knowledgeable about the products he provides, helping us to decide which boiler was ideal.

Would have given 0 if I could. Didn't do a proper survey and wanted to fit a boiler that would only run half of the customers radiators... Garry might look pretty, and accompanied with a shiny van, but avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Reply to blue flame solution, reply: Both myself and my father were fine with you and put our trust in you, as you came highly recommended by Baxi! All literature suggests a Baxi 630 will only run a system of 2 - 6 radiators (and this has been confirmed)! I leased with you, and gained information from you, and hoped to get this concurred by baxi - but they would not! The only works to be carried out - was listed in their appraisal - no other!! And the aforementioned appraisal was vague at best.... On this occasion - Blue Flame Gas Solutions (Garry) has not acted professionally - and has lost my father's business as a result and have another taint on their trust pilot record!! And for information purposes...dad has the equivalent of 12 radiators!

By your own admission, should we have gone with your chosen boiler (Baxi 630), it would be constantly running at its top capacity (that's taken into account that dads radiators (some large) are only 1.5kw and not say...3kw), and presumably, this would shorten its service life?? (should a "proper" assessment been conducted at my father's property, we would not be airing our dissatisfaction in a public arena today). Yes; Baxi and I have history which we are working through.... you however, have left a lot to be desired, and you really need to brush up on your customer relationship skills...! Words like "crazy" and phrases like "now just wait a minute" (over the telephone) in our present climate - with anger in your tone and subsequent delivery - are just inflammatory, and the consequence of which...this public contretemps!! I'm your average Joe Blogs looking out for my elderly farther.... What's your excuse for your unprofessionalism throughout and the blot on your companies reputation...?

Chose Blue Flame gas solutions to fit our new boiler as we read so many positive reviews . Garry came to the house and gave us great advice on different boilers , we chose what we wanted and then we received the quote which we were very happy with .
The engineers came on the day and time stated and were very friendly and polite , and completed the job to a very high standard.

Replacement back boiler for new combi boiler, excellent communication from start to finish of our initial contact, everything explained in precise detail. Blue Flame proposed a good solution to our hot water and heating problem. They were quick to provide the quote and organise removal of an old boiler and tank and installing a new Veissmann combi system. Really excellent quality work with neat pipework and external wall restoration.

I called Blue Flame after being let down by the 1st plumber we employed. We received a great prompt service in fitting a new Combi boiler. The workmanship was very neat and clean with a thorough explanation of instructions to operate the new boiler given. Great service would highly recommend. Will be using them again in the future.
