Engineer called out to a very elderly lady in her late 80's, for a second opinion on a fault with the boiler, didn't even look at the boiler, instead rung the British gas engineer, who in fact hadn't inspected the boiler himself and was relying on the information from a previous BG engineer, received very rude email communication from Blue Flame, would not recommend to by worst enemy !!!!

Garry and the team he has ,came to my house installed the boiler and when my wife came home she thought that nobody had been because you would not know because it was as clean as when she left the house.

After reading numerous 5 star reviews contacted Blue flame Gas Solutions as my current boiler was over 20 years years old and was looking for both advice and a suitable replacement Garry from Blue flame called as an ex British Gas engineer had a wealth of knowledge and experience there WAS NO hard sell just HONEST truthful recommendation of all suitable branded appliances covering all price ranges SO NO ONE PRODUCT HARD SELL given numerous brochures and plenty of time to decide was given a very competitive quote the level of the work and the professional installation service and cleanliness carried out by Leon on the installation day is a true reflection of all other 5 star comments as well as all legal guarantee documentation this company even offers after the guarantee period expires a truly competitive breakdown and service cover which i will definitely be subscribing to when due

Installation work completed to an extremely high standard by a very efficient and professional team. Would not hesitate to recommend Blue Flame Gas Solutions.

Called blue flame in the morning as our main combi had developed an ignition problem and had no heating or hot water but wasn't an emergency call out and Garry still managed to get to us around 2pm the same day with good communication throughout. From start to finish garry was extremely professional polite and knowledgeable, the issue was diagnosed and dealt with in ten minutes without having to replace any parts. Garry talked me through the problem and was happy to answer any questions. We will be using blue flame for all servicing and repair work from now on! After a serious breach of trust with our old engineer, Garry is proof the are still decent tradesmen around. Keep up the good work guys and keep an eye on the sky, next time we have an issue I'll be lighting up the Garry signal

Garry of Blue Flame Gas Solutions contacted us from a referral by Viesmann Boilers Ltd. He arrived at the appointed time and was professional in both appearance and presentation of our options in respect of the choice of boiler model to meet our specific requirements. A very comprehensive quote, which included details of the agreed installation, was received by E-mail within a couple of days at a cost that was most acceptable. On acceptance of the quote a date was given for the installation again within a short period. Despite a change of mind in repect of the actual Viesmann model of boiler we wished to have fitted Garry provided a revised quote and honoured the installation date which met our convenience.
The boiler was installed to a high standard by engineer Leon and apprentice Charlie with any request made not presenting a problem with both having a polite and pleasant manner. We therefore have no reservation in giving our highest recommendation to Garry and his team.
