I recently bought a Bluetti Elite 300 after much research and was highly impressed with all aspects of the sale from price to speedy delivery and importantly the quality and ease of use of the powerstation.

Bluetti make good products from my experience, I have not had any issues with my items that I bought from them, my only criticism is that they discontinue certain product lines too quickly, which makes it hard to expand your system once you have the means to do so.

We bought a AC180 for home backup during blackouts. We have used it twice and it gives us peace of mind that we will not lose our fridge contents and can keep our internet, devices and aquarium running, and can even run an induction hotplate if we need.

The battery works well, is quiet and high-power with enough battery capacity to get us through until we can recharge with our EV. The price was reasonable (we got it on sale) and it arrived quickly and in good order.

Got a great deal to start with so that made the panels a lot cheaper and maybe a boost battery well see but the Bluetti name seems to be reliable

We have a ac300 paired with 2x b300 which we run ever night for 10 hours for the past 2 years and 1x 200 max we use for camping we have had no trouble at all. We are so satisfied we just ordered 1 more ac 300. A fantastic reliable product we love them.

Seems easy to use. In hindsite should have purchased an extension cord for solar panels as the supplied one was only 1.5 meters.

From U-Tube reviews and a reference from a friend we were amazed at what the Bluetti elite 300 power station could do, compared with it's weigh, size and price. We tested it out tonight and we thrilled with what appliances and lighting we could use simultaneously in our caravan. We are looking forward to many off grid holidays in the future and occasionally home emergency back up when needed.

Great product and a great price with fast shipping.

I origanally ourchased a AC240 and over the past 2yrs we have travelled extensively around Australia, this battery back up system has worked fantastic in running our fridge, starlink and other products. I also use it to run my tools in the shed and around the yard and it has never failed me. Since then i have purchesd the Bluetti Charger 1 and just installed the upgraded Charger 2 in the back of my truck which has given me a greater amount of access to solar panel on my roof of my truck and just waiting on the Bluetti hub to install.
Bluetti provides in my opinion a fantastic product that is reliable and easy to install and use

Ordered an Elite 300 with Charger 2 at a great price and it was delivered in just over a week despite advert stating around 3 weeks. It was easy to wire to my vehicle and works exceptionally well so far.

The level of after-sales support it appalling. The product is good but you are almost totally ignored if there is an issue.
I have a SolarX 4K that is faulty and resulting in an off-grid installation shutting down.
It's been 11 days and counting since I lodged a support email. With no response I have now lodged a claim for a replacement, but it seems highly likely we will need to make a claim through Consumer Affairs if Bluetti do not meet their warranty obligations. I would have bought more of the Bluetti product but this experience has lto ed me cancel that decision.

Can’t wait to get my 300 BLUETTI so we can go away in our RV and be off grid for a longer

Bought my Bluetti Elite300 & Charger 2 from Bluetti itself and was impressed with the service and quality of the product. Fantastic looking forward to the trip around Australia and giving it a good test, so far perfect. I was going to wire vehicle and caravan up with full system including 300w inverter, upgrading solar panels etc, but now I don't have to and I can take it anywhere any vehicle and can rag hare by vehicle solar or mains power.

They sold me their new charger 2 which wasn't ready for market. It does NOT work in modern cars at all. They told me i need to buy a bunch of 3rd party products to try fix the problem by doing some dodgy wiring on my car to try fix it with no guarantees. They offered to return $30 to me. I only bought the elite 200v because of the driving I do, knowing the charger 2 would refill it. $2500 worth of paper weights, I've been utterly ripped off and am now ignored when I said I wasn't happy with their solution.
