I bought the cat handbag. It is so cute. It is by far my favorite purse. The quality of the product is excellent. I will be a repeat customer.

Still waiting for my clutch purse. Ordered beginning of January and the t-shirt arrived about a week later but I'm still waiting for the remaining order (purse).

I really wish I would have looked at the reviews before I ordered this Communist Chinese junk. I ordered a personalized, what I thought, was a welcome mat. It is supposed to be a gift, but I would be so embarrassed to give this low quality, and I mean low quality product. This would not last 1 day on the floor. It. It came in a small package- yes, a floor mat! I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund with zero response. Save yourself some aggravation and money, and get your products elsewhere.

Got a Personalized Cat Clutch snd matching Purse. They are absolutely beautiful. It serves as a memorial to my beautiful black cat lost the night before Mother's Day and my 2 other cats I have. It was fun to be able to design my own bag. I was so excited to be able to choose my design. I wasn't disapointed when i git them. The workmanship is really good. I thank BM Gifts for such a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend them.

I got a beautiful cat bag made for my mom for Christmas. The designing process was fun and considering we did 6 different cats, there were many options to choose from. The bag was printed clearly and perfectly, I was blown away and couldn't wait to give the gift. It made mom cry, so that shows how special and personalized it can be. I ordered the clutch purse and the tote bag before Christmas it came in on time and the quality was amazing . The did an absolutely amazing job the pictures look just like my two dogs. I have gotten so many compliments. I just ordered the handbag to match cant wait until it comes in. Most definitely will be ordering from them again.

I have 2 neighbors who have been my rock the past year during a traumatic medical period in my life. So, I bought each of them a designed wallet with their beloved dogs as a token of my appreciation. They absolutely loved their gift and have been showing it off to everyone they know.

This has to be one of the greatest makers of personalized purses ever. I have had 2 purses made that actually had my cat, Little Boy’s picture made into it. I suddenly lost him at 5 years old! These 2 purses were to honor him as I lost my best friend, my everything when I lost him. They went out of their way to make beautiful purses. I will never carry another purse or wallet I got from them first unless it’s another purse that has a zipper in it. If you want a purse 👜 to carry that you are proud of, you are at the right place with bmgifts!! The only issue I had with them was the length of time it took to get it but it was well worth it in the end. And I think the prices are fair also.

In a world of "instant everything", we forget that custom pieces take longer. The quality of the product I ordered FAR exceeded my expectations & was well worth the wait. BM Gifts also responded in a timely manner to my questions regarding shipping. I WILL be ordering from them again.

The BBC tumbler was great.
I ordered a purse for a friend. They left off her name, sent 2 the same.
When I questioned them about the leather construction, their reply was in the description it states PU leather (fake leather) poly something leather.
They did not address the duplication, they did not address leaving off the personalized name.
The website is very hard to use.
User friendly NOT AT ALL.
I need to quite ordering on line!
Their final remark was I got what I ordered case closed

I wrote a review that some of you read. I thought I would never get my order and was unhappy about the lack of communication. It did finally arrived, so now I know they are a legitimate company. I do love the clutch I bought for a friend and she loved it as well. In fact, she cried when she saw it with her dog's names and her name on it. I am now ordering one for a different friend for her birthday.
