We had an out-of-hours emergency with water pouring through a collapsed ceiling, and I can’t thank James from BML Group enough. Our tenant was understandably panicking, but James called them directly, reassured them, and took control of the situation immediately. He had a team on site within the hour, and the issue was resolved quickly and professionally. Outstanding service – calm, efficient, and reliable. Highly recommend!

Scam! DO NOT TOUCH. Was asked to attend work for the company in Peterborough. Found out they then charged the client an extra £362 on top of my charge. And the best thing is, I've waited 3 months for my payment after chasing a near useless and rude accounts department. Wish I never took the call. Waste of time and money

No matter where in the UK BML have managed to get it done. We’ve had issues chasing local contractors and now more than happy to let BML just take the lead. Solid service, brilliant FM team 👍

I have been working as a supplier for BML for over a year and my experience has been very positive. Every job is confirmed clearly before I attend, and payment has always been made on time and in line with what we agreed.

It’s also been a pleasure working with Moses, who has always been professional, clear, and easy to deal with.

I’ve seen some negative reviews which do not reflect my own experience. From my perspective, BML have been reliable, straightforward, and fair to work with.

BML may not be the cheapest option, but they truly get the job done. Their out-of-hours support is a huge plus and I’ve always experienced quick responses and a fast turnaround time whenever an issue arises. Reliable and efficient service overall.

Terrible service! Asked me to do a job for them I arrived in time to meet someone on site to say someone else is doing the job now, then rang the office for clarification he asked us bid between us to get the job, I left site and said there be a small cancellation fee for time wasted which I’ve been consistently trying to chase to be paid but still not received. So if your a trader doing work for BML you might not get paid take caution!

I worked as a security officer for this company, putting in over 100 hours. When I requested payment, I was met with intimidation tactics. They offered to pay me £8.50 per hour, despite the UK minimum wage being £11.44.

Upon trying to reach out for clarification, I discovered that this company has been scamming numerous other officers as well. They appear to be evading tax obligations by paying employees in cash, operating under the guise of another company named SHW. This "company" seems to exist solely on paper and is run by individuals exploiting its bank account to deflect any accountability.

I've spoken to more than five other officers who have faced similar treatment, and we are all planning to report this company to HMRC.

If you or someone you know has been affected by this situation, I urge you to report it to HMRC. Let’s put an end to this culture of blackmail and raise our voices against these unethical practices.

I have just carried out work on there behalf and got promot payment can't fault them at all. I work with ANETA she kept me informed of everything i needed to know.

BML care about nothing more than extorting customers for as much as possible.

We have been unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of dozens of BML related works at the request of Eagerstates / Assethold.

Every single time they charge obscene amounts of money for work that has either not been carried out at all, or work that is carried out to an incredibly poor standard.

In one instance we were charged almost £300 for them to drop of an electricity cupboard key to replace the broken one they left following a previous job. Completely criminal.

Avoid at all costs.

BML organised a complete replacement of all my external windows & doors. The Team they put together was magnificent - thoroughly professional with a 100% fit & finish.
