Outstanding service!
Had a lovely experience after reporting an issue with my front door.
BML attended within 24 hours, they had to change the door in the end, but they did all arrangements to get it delivered and installed.
The door was up a day later!!
I must say their service is outstanding!

One star ??? If it was possible it would be none !! Had a call to supply some goods and services... it was only after some pestering I finally got paid.. I wouldn't mind but it was less than one hundred and seventy quid... this type of company treats you like s**t on the bottom of their shoes .. stay clear is my advice

Our company called cool heat gas ltd we called by BML group to do a job for them we done the job and we didn’t get paid .
This company is a rip off they call out tradesman the properties they're paid to look after and then don't pay the tradesman and they don’t answer the phone after you do the job for them . Stay away from this scam company, don’t trust any promises the give you it’s all lies . I wouldn’t give them one star if I can . Of course
We will take them to court .
So I can see in Google they done it to other company it’s not only me .
