When I ordered a part from this company the site lead me to believe they had the part in stock, truth was they didn’t and had to order it from an outside vender. Once I paid for the part the message said PROCESSING for 7 DAYS, they could/would never give me a tracking number for my order until I called and threatened to cancel my order. I then later received the tracking information but it’s held up from being picked up by THE USPS. there are other places you can buy your parts from, STAY AWAY FROM BMWpartsdeal……PLEASE!!!!!!!!

This is a classic case of a online vendor advertising low prices which on the surface seems like you're getting a good deal. The problem is if you have any issue with your order the customer service department is completely unprofessional and a hassle to deal with.

I ordered a set of OEM BMW floor mats with pictures of the mat on their site clearly showing a BMW logo on the mats. I confirmed that part # on many other BMW sites and all of them show pictures of the mats with the BMW logo. However, when I received the mats from BMWpartsdeal.com they did not have a logo.

I reached out via phone after numerous emails back and forth, to have an actual conversation with a live person and was unfortunately paired with a horrible customer service rep. He was extremely unprofessional, very rude and couldn't care less that I had an issue with the item I received. He offered no solution, no resolution, and made it clear that this company doesn't value your business.

Do yourself a favor and avoid buying anything from these guys, while you might save a couple of bucks, it is not worth the hassle. In addition, their shipping costs are outrageous, so generally it is a wash for any kind of part savings.

Better to do business with FCP Euro, they have great customer service and actual care about taking care of their customers.

The parts I ordered were exactly as stated and excellent quality. They actually arrived two days earlier than expected. Ordering was very easy. I will certainly use again for my next project.

The right product fair pricing, fast shipping

Bad RMA department return system. They are looking for an excuse not to return a part that they themselves sent incorrectly (the website shows that the part fits, but in fact it does not fit the connectors). Keep the mailing label, because if you throw it away there is no way to return the item. They pretend they can't return it without the number on the mailing label. Even if there is an order number, date, original packaging, they still can't.

From what I can tell and asking them, they do not have any parts in stock!! And they definitely put things for sale that they do not even know if they are available. It is such a hassle that they want you to place an order and just wait to see if you are going to get them. The chat in no good at all they do not have a clue so they tell you to ask someone else on their site and they dont know what they are doing also. their "part expert" is s JOKE! ask them questions they do not answer. RUN AWAY>>>>>>>>>!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service and false advertising on shipping times. A product that is supposed to arrive in 3-4 days has a time frame for over a month. Ridiculous. Avoid at all cost

Purchased process was excellent, however to write the review right the after placing the order it seems like rating your service before knowing or experiencing your performance, it will be more correctly when customers have the parts on hand.

All the information I needed to make the right decision was presented properly. From there the order process and checkout and delivery went as promised.

Part fits great. Easy to install and timely shipping.

I ordered a sunscreen to fit my BMW X5.
Unfortunately because of extended period of cool, rainy weather, I did not open the box for several months. When I did the sunscreen was way too small for my car. I gave it to an X3 owner. Too small for that too. Finally found it fit a small 2 seaterBMW SPORTS CAR. Big waste of money for size advertised to fit X5.

Everything I ordered was on point! I like how they allow you to find the items you need by the year, model & make of my car. I greatly appreciate that ability.

The floor mats I ordered were just as it was advertised. The shipping was efficient and came on time. The quality has been great.
