Customer service was excellent and the watch looks great. Two issues I would like to mention 1) my watch had a different color face then the original Rolex papers showed which was never mentioned in the watch description- I found out when I received the watch and compared it with the papers. 2) I ordered and paid for the certificate of authenticity (which again maybe my fault didn’t realize ) that it is emailed to you 3-5 days after you receive the watch. After a week I emailed customer service inquiring regarding my certificate and the same day I received it.
The watch is shipped overnight- and you have a three day window to return it but the certificate of authenticity is received a week later ? The certificate should be included when the watch is shipped. Some clarity would also be helpful if the watch is already shipped overnight when is the authenticity analysis done and why wait 3-5 days to receive it.
I do have some concerns that the Rolex face is authentic- I was reassured that Bob’s Rolex are fully authentic.

Bob’s is the benchmark for professionalism and customer focus. Their primary goal is customer satisfaction and they do whatever it takes to achieve this goal. Eric made sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. Bob’s is the only company to work with whether buying or selling your watch. Very highly recommended.

This was my 3rd watch purchase from Bob's. I bought a Rolex Submariner Date 126613LB this time. As other times before everything is top notch. Received the watch the next day after I wired them the money. Watch is a 2022 model, but I doubt it was ever worn. It still had some factory plastic film left on the clasp. Very satisfied with this purchase and all of my past purchases. Highly recommend Bob's.

I purchased my Rolex Sub from Bob’s and there was no question I would continue to use them. I reached out to Ricardo and he facilitated a trade. I made him aware I wanted a Pelagos and he made it happen. We spoke via phone and email. He made me feel valued and truly treated me like his top priority. Bobs watches is extremely professional, and trustworthy. They are fair with their pricing and trade values. They don’t offer the best prices, but you leave there k owing that you have the absolute best quality product, and they stand by it.

First time dealing…Rob helped me, with a sale to them of 1 Rolex and then a trade of another Rolex for another Rolex model. I was a bit concerned but we worked through the values. Payment & shipping was excellent

This was my first luxury watch buying experience in general let alone buying preowned from an online source. I have to say I’m very impressed and satisfied with my decision to go with Bob’s. The process was easy, the price was the best I was able to find on the web, and most importantly the watch came in great shape. Buying something preowned sight unseen can be a serious gamble, but I wouldn’t hesitate to shop here again. When I had a question about whether or not my wire transfer went through I just put a call in and they were responsive and had a quick answer. The complimentary next day overnight shipping is a huge bonus, although fedex delayed it a day which is no fault of Bob’s. Overall I would definitely recommending them without hesitation.

I just bought a Tudor Heritage Black Bay that was rated in excellent condition. It was perfect. Not to mention the price was the lowest I found. The only issue I had, and no fault of Bob's, is that my wrist is 8", so it didn't fit. I called today and spoke to Megan who I worked with when I bought it on Friday. She said she would check to see if they had a spare link for the bracelet and would call me back in a few minutes. A few minutes later she called me and told me they were sending it out overnight.
The price was great, the watch is great, and Megan was great.

It is a little unnerving walking up to a building with blacked out windows and a locked front door when you are going to shell out some cash for a nice watch. The security guard is professional and serious when he asks how he can help you. The first time, I did not have an appointment as I could not get someone on the line to make that appointment and since I was in the area, I just stopped in. Frankly I thought it was going to look like any other watch store or jewelry store. Nope. Lobby with 6 or so tables and a front desk. I was asked if I wanted any coffee or water while they found a person to help me. Soon after sitting down I was introduced to Christian and he brought out a couple of Rolex watches I wanted to look at for the wife. These were some classics, Datejust unisex from the 1980's. Exactly what the wife was looking for.

Christian took a lot of time with me explaining the process, the payment options, the warranty, how Bob's can help if the watch has any issues, etc... That was awesome.

A week later I came back with a very surprised wife and already had told them some watches I wanted to see. We met with Christian and we saw several different styles of the Datejust. The wife changed her mind a couple of times and I am glad I did not pick one out for her. Christian was pleasant and patient.

Not long after, the wife picked the one and after payment we we out of there.

Christian was great. Please ask for him if you go to the store. The receptionist was very friendly and always offered drinks. The guard was doing what he was hired to do and very professional.

Third purchase from Bob’s. Wonderful service and good value. Have long standing Rolex AD who I’ve purchased many watches over the years but some times he can’t fill the order. Bob’s has the watches in stock ready to go. Also shout out to Paul at x118. He can make it happen.

What a great experience from beginning to end, everyone was courteous, helpful and above all else professional, as I am a repeat buyer your company now has a life long customer.

This was my second purchase from Bob's Watches. First purchase was a Tudor BB 58 Chrono and my most recent purchase was an Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch. Just as before, the watch was exactly as described, shipping was fast and efficient, the wire transfer went very smoothly, and the watch was extremely well packaged and included all of the original paperwork.

Harrison helped me with the transaction since the webpage seems to not like to complete the transaction. Each time I've purchased form Bob's I've had issues. I would complete all of the purchase/shipping information and when I attempt to complete the transaction I would get an error message saying I left out some information. That does get frustrating but a phone call to the shop gets it done.

I will buy from Bob's again in the future when I decide to get another watch.

I have been looking for a Datejust with a slate index dial, machine turned bezel, and an oyster bracelet for over 20-years without much luck. They seem to be pretty few and far between. I was given one on my honeymoon in Bermuda in 1981. Around 1990 it was lost. Last week one came up on Bob's website saying it was a silver dial but it looked like slate. After my inquiry to confirm if it was slate, it was listed as a pending sale. I emailed Paul Papapostolou and he confirmed it was spoken for. I asked if it became available to let me know but I made up my mind I had missed the boat again. This past MondayPaul advised me it was available. Being that it was my 73rd birthday the next day, I became the owner. Like prior purchases from Bob's it arrived quickly and looks like a new. It is exactly like my prior slate dial Datejust and is the same year of manufacture!! I cannot thank Paul enough for remembering to get in touch if it became available. That is the mark of a super professional. I can now leave my son a watch just like the one his mother gave me in 1981. Back then, new it was $550. It was a lot more today, but worth every penny to close the loop. If you ever come across a slate dial Datejust with May 30, 1981 engraved on the case, CALL me please!!! I am a fan of Bob's watches, and I recommend all to buy with confidence.

I have sold several watches in the past and Bob’s team have always given excellent prices, just bought an ‘82 Sea Dweller and the buying experience from start to finish was fantastic. Shane helped me out and guided me every step. I cannot recommend Bob’s Watches enough.

Pretty seamless! Got the watch (gift for my wife) and it was exactly as promised! I have 14 pieces in my watch collection, this was the first purchase from Bob's. It will not be my last. In fact I working on one right now.
