Declan was punctual, pleasant and easy to deal with fitted a new stopcock on my parents house and ran a water feed into my new garage both completed in a timely manner and to a great standard.

My two year old boiler stopped working so I rang Declan who arranged for it be repaired under warranty. As usual I was very impressed with the level of professional service.

Declan from Boiler-Upgrade went above and beyond to help us out when our 22year old boiler broke down. He tried to source parts which unfortunately are now obsolete so instead offered us a range of boiler to suit our budget and installed it very promptly and may add to a very high level of workmanship. 5/5 would highly recommend.

Declan got back to us quickly after initial contact, and repaired a cracked pipe in the loft with no issues. He installed our boiler a couple of years ago, and always does our servicing. He is always friendly, polite and professional, and we think his pricing is always very fair. Highly recommend.

Dec is friendly, reliable and professional. He fitted my entire heating and hot water system and now services the boiler annually. He’s also done other jobs for me including an emergency fix of a seized-up, leaking stop tap!

Declan answered my initial call, was available to attend within 24 hours, arrived exactly when he said he would, did a tremendous job fixing our boiler, left the area clean and tidy and was super professional throughout. Can’t speak highly enough and very fair pricing too

'Dec' the plumber is reliable, polite, and nothing is too much trouble, i wouldnt go with anyone else he has serviced my boiler twice and is always efficent , i would recommend him everytime!

Dec is always very professional. Timely response to emails or texts and keeps you up to date if his previous job is overrunning. Second year we have used him for boiler service. Will use again next year.
