They really made the whole process super simple, after months of researching and failed attempts from previous companies, finding these guys was incredible, sorted everything out perfectly. I would like to thank Harrison Boiler Installations. I found Harrison Boiler & Install on Trustpilot and their reviews sounded great. Fiona was friendly and professional and advised me on the best boilers available and the payments. She booked me a WhatsApp video chat with one of Harrison's engineers called Danny who took pictures of my old boiler and flue and also gave me a lot of sound advice.
Sam the boiler installer came to my house in Croydon early on 26.10.23. What a guy, he is not only knowledgeable and professional at his job but quite a friendly person. Before I knew it the boiler was installed. Sam showed me and my relatives how to download and use the Hive thermostat which I've always wanted. (You need to use Sam on a Hive instruction and a boiler promotional video) I would recommend Harrison's to anyone. They did everything it said on the tin and are very professional and flexible.

Excellent customer service

Excellent service from the onset. Dale & Chris were brilliant is securing me my boiler price & booking it in for me on the job 6 months later on my half term school break. John installed the boiler, piper work etc & did a magnificent job. Very polite, helpful & knowledgeable on the boiler system. He talked me through what was needed to be done without hesitation. Joshua came on the last day to fit the condenser pipe, he was also very polite & helpful. I can not fault Harrison at all. I will definitely recommend to my friends & family. Great 👍

Straightforward and speedy, they moved things around to accommodate me and get my new boiler installed within a couple days of the old one breaking. Spoke with Danny who looked at my boiler and sent quotes. Danny and josh arranged delivery and installation and the gentleman who fitted the boiler was excellent, clean and polite. Great job and would definately recommend this company

The boiler boys arrived as arranged, got straight to work. The boys worked as a team, polite, helpful throughout the installation.unfortunately I had a FaceTime survey and they couldn’t fit the boiler in the airing cupboard but installed it in the loft even installing me a switch in the airing cupboard just in case I need to switch it off in an emergency. The whole process was seamless from start to finish I would recommend this company for an installation to anyone.

The heating surveyor, Carlos, had been very helpful throughout the entire process of providing a competitive quote to explaining the whole process of installing a new boiler for my property. Unfortunately the engineer's clutch in the van had broken down on the day of installation (Friday), but given that I had travelled over 60miles to arrive at the property for the appointment that day, I was also compensated by the surveyor that they would be willing to give one year's service free of charge as compensation for not being able to install the boiler on the day. I can tell that this was re-arranged with priority as it was rearranged to Monday and appreciate this good and professional customer service that was offered. I would be willing to use them again for next year.

I wanted to use a mate to replace a water heater in my property and save money. My wife made me use Harrison and wow, she was right. Carlos was a very good, professional salesman who set up the deal very quickly. Josh and Sam turned up on site, on time and put us at ease with their pleasant manner. The job hit a major snag with a gas leak from my meter. They stayed with me and sorted it all out with the main gas company, talking technical with them to get a rapid response. I was very happy with the job but don’t tell the wife. Will use them again.

After contacting Boiler guide, I received 3 quotes .I was then contacted by Joshua who helped a lot in my decision to choose Harrison Boilers+Install as the supplier of my new Boiler.
On the day of the install ,the new boiler was delivered early in the morning quickly followed by Paul who with no fuss or bother removed the old Boiler and installed the new one .

Great service from Harrison boiler & installations from start to finish. Carlos helped us decide which model boiler would meet our requirements. Danny viewed our old boiler via mobile video to ensure all would go smoothly on installation. We only had a very short wait to have the boiler installed. Top firm. I went through 5 quotes with other major energy firms and settled for Harrison's who I stumbled onto on a search to have a new boiler installed.

After diligently going through all boiler options and and quotes gathered, indeed the choice to go with Harrisons was very calculated and correct.

From start to finish, Amazing. Customer Service put my mind at rest, was so understanding and helpful and as a stressed person made me feel very confident. Online inspection was so thorough and everything was explained in detail. Day of installation was better than I could have hoped for. Sam was very professional, worked so hard with no breaks and was extremely friendly and helpful, the job was completed with no fuss or mess, I was so impressed and felt confident and relaxed. They were very proffesional, great communication and straightforward process. We are very pleased with our new boiler. The only bad thing was that they made a mistake on writing our address on the finance application and it was too late for us to qualify for fincance when they came around to install it so we had to pay the cost upfront which we weren't counting on. But anyone can make a mistake and our address is very confusing since the house next door is 43A and it always gets mixed up annoyingly. That's why I still give them 5 stars :)
