Really helpful, thorough and friendly service. Knew exactly what he was talking about and didn’t waste any time getting on with the job. Gave plenty of notice before arriving and was very polite throughout. Was very impressed!

I called the boiler doctor out as my boiler wasn't working. Simon arrived promptly and was very helpful. He gave me his professional opinion and advised me on a few options on what to do going further. I selected a boiler that was in my budget and it was fitted the next day. Very happy with the service and professionalism. Would highly recommend this company.

Great company, great service. Attended a late-night call immediately; engaged positively and helpfully with my (chilly!) tenants; major gas job diagnosed, quoted and completed within 48 hours of initial call-out; totally trustworthy (with keys, timings, etc.); great customer manner. I'm a busy, out-of-town landlord and Simon and his team have been a real find. I am happy to recommend Boiler Doctor unreservedly andfully intend to use them again.

I called late in the evening with a fault on my boiler. An engineer came out the next day and had the fault diagnosed and repaired very efficiently.

I Found Boiler Doctor to be very Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, having had a new boiler and water heater installed they listened to my needs and specked a system that would be more than adequate which has also proven to be the case, I had a couple of manufacturing issues after the install and these were dealt with immediately, the after care service is very good as I was promptly contacted at the end of the first year to organise the first service, again they turned up on time, there was minimal interruption to my normal day whilst they carried out the service, I would have no hesitation in recommending boiler doctor to anyone, and I have used them to repair a fault on my mothers boiler, again they came out to investigate the problem and promptly carried out the repairs, give my mother is on her own, they also made her feel at ease and confident that the boiler was left ok, she had previously contacted other companies who had basically tried to sell her a new boiler which resulted in quotes of £1000 plus, Boiler doctor came in and resolved the issue for less than £150.

I contacted Boiler Doctor having been referred to the service by a friend.

Under the circumstances I needed to be seen urgently due to a family member becoming immobile unable to use an upper level bathroom.

Boiler doctor very kindly prioritised my works and assisted me the very following day, the project was carried out quickly and to an extremely high standard, I was also wisely advised on which products and parts I needed in order to execute the project.

I found boilerdoctor great. My call was answer quickly and professionally and that sums up from start to finish my service. I was given advice on the phone after telling them my problems and promptly. Booked an appointment which sent a confirmation and a call when on route which was great as I didn't have to wait in the house all day unnecessarily. The engineer that turned up was polite and very helpful he soon found the issue and advised me on all my options. Just from the conversation with him I felt he's knowledge was great and filled me with confidence. My quote arrived quickly and was less than I expected to pay for the work required and I was shocked how soon I was booked in bearing in mind the time of year. Boiler Doctor offer a great service. From the first phone call it felt like I was in safe hands, and that there was a commitment to do the right job, for both my property and my budget.
