Not an easy online experience.

Not an easy online experience.
Signe up and they took the money at the first opportunity

Then they send you a link wich you can only use your mobile phone for. Not your iPad or computer. I hate having to type lots of info on my moblile. So close to asking for a refund

Then they are ask you to give them information you have already supplied to them. Except you must fill out the region box except the regions they offer to not match where I live. Why not use counties rather than North east, south west etc and Lodnon. I dont live in any of those regions so chose London just to get past the point.

They then want photo ID and photos of you except their app does not allow you to use the timer so you cannot provide the photos they want. I ended up taking the photo out of the app and uploading it.

Just a poor app. Not thought out. Probably off the shelf and could not be bothered to customise it correctly

Such a let down from what was previously a great company

Placed my order on 07/06. I have previously used this company for weight loss medication with no issues. I filled in my check on 09/06, and was told I would hear within 1-2 working days. 

I followed up on Whatsapp when I hadn't heard anything, was told it was all in good hands and I should hear shortly. 14/06 - still no update so requested to cancel my order as I could get the product cheaper and quicker elsewhere, was told that this is fine and it's been raised with the relevant.

Followed up by Whatsapp on 18/06, still waiting for a response to this.

I then emailed on 04/07 to request another cancellation as I was still waiting and had no product or a refund in over a month, was told again it was passed over to the escalations team who would deal with this but can't promise a timeframe.

Within the year that I haven't used this company, they have became a joke who clearly care more about their instagram adverts than actually fulfilling customer's orders or requests.
They now have my money and are trying to charge me for my second round of medication, without even getting the first round or even my money back. I would avoid at all costs.

Great provider, at great prices.

Having done my research before starting my journey, Bolt seemed to be the standout provider. The process was extremely easy, from onboarding to delivery was amazing. The prices are also very competitive even more so with referral discounts, so always look out for them.

Bolt are great to deal with.
Their pricing is good compared to other pharmacies.
They have an excellent customer service, who are very helpful.
Ordering is simple & delivery is great.
I would definitely recommend this company.

I recommend Bolt

So easy to use Bolt. They are very reliable and always let me know when to reorder my meds. My orders are delivered on time, are well packaged and I get a message to say when they will arrive.
Professional help is always available if required. Definitely recommend Bolt.
