I needed a new built-in fridge freezer…
I needed a new built-in fridge freezer for my caravan and went online to try find one. Bonus had the style and size fridge freezer I was looking for, so I called to check stock. Initially I spoke to a man who said I needed to speak to Barry but he was busy and would call me back. I wasn't sure he would but Barry did call and checked stock for me. He advised me to order online and when the order is received by him, he will arrange for it to be sent from the warehouse to the collection address in Hull. I ordered, received a confirmation email and within 3 days, Barry rang me to confirm it was ready to collect. He also confirmed this by email. I arrived at Bonus the next day and sure enough, my fridge freezer was waiting for me. Barry even helped my partner put it in our car. Great service from start to finish and a special thank you to Barry.

Not received the parcel after 2 weeks because DPD don’t deliver when they say they will. Bonus will only send a new unit out when one returns - avoid if you can as they don’t honour theory contract suitably

My first time ordering with this store
My first time ordering with this store. I ordered some items online. Went through check out and delivery details, paid using debit card, got payment and order confirmation. Received an email shortly after stating order has been cancelled. After contacting customer service I am now having to wait "a few days" for a refund.
So after all that time wasted all I got from this transaction was hassle, no products and hoping they send my money back quickly.
Bonus Superstore is clearly incompetent in providing a service its business hinges on.

They knew exactly what I needed.
They managed to provide the exact replacement ceiling spot light I needed for my caravan. They was a delay with delivery but I emailed them and it was delivered the next day. They apologised for the delay in delivering my item and said thier delivery's are usually always next day delivery. So a 5 star service and I would use this company again with confidence of thier customer service.
