I would definately recommend Bonus…

I would definately recommend Bonus SuperStore after buying a BEKO MICROWAVE for our caravan.
We had a slight problem with delivery but that wouldnt put me of buying from them again as this was rectified immediately.
The correspondence was very good and reasuring.
The microwave itself was in perfect condition.

Our order with this company went wrong…

Our order with this company went wrong because of an error with the manufacturer, absolutely no fault of Bonus Superstore. Sure enough they collected the faulty freezer and issued a refund. In light of the circumstances excellent response to the problem keeping the customer happy. I can honestly recommend this company,

Terrible customer service.

Ordered a fridge, when it arrived we realised it wasn't fit for purpose so contacted the company to arrange a return. They said it would cost £105 to arrange delivery to return it (postage was free when we ordered it!).
Have never experienced this with any other company.

Hi my experience was not a good one

Hi my experience was not a good one , I ordered my Bosch dishwasher and given a a delivery time and a date , I had been sent emails saying that my dishwasher had been delivered on three different occasions in the same day at different times and not once did it was it delivered? I took the day off which cost me £200.00 I didn’t receive a phone call from a driver or anything to tell me whether they were coming or not so that day was wasted the following day I got in contact with FedEx and they didn’t know where the dishwasher was , I must’ve made 10 calls that day asking FedEx if they could find the package and when will it be delivered? Eventually it turned up at 5:20 the following day and then after that the following day FedEx customer service phoned me to enquire about my complaint ,they did say to forward this to you as I should be in a position for compensation due to not having a lack of communication

Purchased a cooker after Xmas

Purchased a cooker after Xmas. Never recieved any confirmation at all. Had to call 6 days later when they reopened, still never received a confirmation. Rang again on the Monday and a lady finally sent me confirmation and said my cooker would be delivered by Wednesday. Sent tracking details which wasn't fit for purpose, didn't kick in until Wednesday and know idea of a time. Luckily my daughter was in but he left it outside my door, so had to wait in for my husband to come home hours later to bring it in. Came with a scratch and the top and dint at back. Emailed got a reply sent pictures and no reply. Wouldn't recommend, no customer consideration at all.
