Great quality, Long waiting time

The quality of the watch is promising, however having to wait over a month for it was tedious. The business has great potential overall but needs to improve its logistics.

A great watch

I was sent the wrong strap with my order but the mistake was satisfactorily rectified.

Watch is of very good quality for the price. Very happy with my purchase.

After long wait top

Unfortunately, the clock has not arrived yet. I've been waiting for the watch for 3 weeks already. I hope that support can help me someday.

Update:

After the long wait, the watch was still delivered and it is top. As compensation, there was also a present. Very nice contact.

Nice watch, bad service

The customer service is just okay. I ordered a watch from Bonvier that arrived after 3 1/2 weeks of radio silence from Bonvier. I received an order confirmation but didn’t get any updates from the company until my watch arrived at my door. That being said, they watch itself is pretty nice. I am happy with the size/fit and the style. It’s a nice watch for the price.

Ordered my watch last tuesday and i…

Ordered my watch last tuesday and i haven't received a proper tracking number where i can follow my order. I hope to be able to change this review once i receive proper customer attention and in the moment i have the watch in my wrist.
Update: Ordered the watch on Tuesday 8th of october and now we are on the 15th of October, 7 days and the tracking number says thet the package is still in Sweden, only the label have been created

Great customer service. Had some delay on the delivery (as they had some logistical issues) but they were kind enough to even give me a nice compensation for the error.

Very nice watch

I received my watch and everything is perfect. May I suggest to give smaller rectangular insurance and information papers? The ones now are squared and so difficult to store since they don't fit the box.

Nothing received! No response, no money back, Everyone gets a reaction, except me!

I’ve Bought my watch at 23 september and still did’nt received my watch. I attempted to reach out to Bonvier via there customer Care, via Facebook, via telephone, via e-mail and haven’t received a reaction untill today. My order number is 7832 (CAVOUR WHITE/G (42 mm) × 1). Furthermore I can’t track and trace my watch since the link doesn’t show any updates so ever. I’m so dissapointed since I bought it for a special occasion.

I feel ripped off

I had paid 15€ extra for express shipping (1-3 working days) and the package took two weeks to arrive. Shameful. I feel ripped off.
Even I’d sent them an email complaining and nobody answered me
