NON-PROFESSIONAL AND NOT SERIOUS

on the site all the watches are immediately available, only after you have paid more than 100 euros they tell you that they are not available but that they will provide as soon as possible, but after 20 days I have not received anything yet. ABSOLUTELY NON-PROFESSIONAL AND NOT SERIOUS, I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN.

Dear Alessio,

All our models are available for immediate dispatch. I have personally contacted UPS Express about your package and they are looking for it. It must be lost which is out of our control. I will make sure a new package is sent out immediately tomorrow morning with the next pick-up. The model you have ordered is in stock at our distribution.

We are very sorry about this and I will make sure there is a nice extra gift in your package due to this. I understand and the wait is not acceptable at all.

The model you have ordered is temporarily sold out and on pre-order at the moment. It is our most popular model and next delivery for this model is in January. It is written on the product image and in the description text. We are sorry if that was not stated clear enough.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive full tracking directly to your e-mail from UPS Express.

Hello, I am extremely upset with the delivery problems.

Hello,

I personally am super disappointed because of the delivery problems Bonvier seems to have. I placed my order over to weeks ago and after asking what went wrong and why I did not receive a tracking number I got one but there is still no progress. After asking again I was told the watch I ordered is often ordered and the shipment will delay I wonder if I will get the watch at all. Also I think they should not advertise it online for sale if they don’t even have it in stock!
I planned it as an important gift and now there’s 109€ gone and I had no gift and am extremely disappointed.

Great service and nice watches

First I had some problems with the delivery, so I sent Bonvier an email to ask what was going wrong. Michael from customer service explained the problem and apologized for the long wait. A couple days later I received my order and they even added an extra nice gift watch to compensate me because of the long wait. The watches are very nice and of good quality. Defeniltely would order here again!

Great service and watch

Two weeks ago I ordered my watch at bonvier.com. Something went wrong with the delivery so I sent them an email and they did everything to solve it. Great service and the watch is beautiful. Next time I need a watch I will definitely order it here.

It's been almost 12 days since I…

It's been almost 12 days since I ordered a Bonvier watch. It was supposed to be delievered in 3-7 working days. My purchase was supposed be a promised gift. Now, I have nothing to give.
What's more, no response from the customer service to my mails. Very dissapointed.
In your reply you say goods are in uk and ups are trying to deliver it, is not true you haven't release the goods to ups,all you have done is created a label for delivery..and still no reply to any of my emails..extremely poor service. sort it out.
