Joke of a brand

On the same boat as everyone else here. Ordered a watch and have been waiting for some sort of shipment information for over a month. The company hasn't emailed me back after I tried sending them 3 emails. They sent me an email at the end of April telling me the watch should have been delivered by then- no such thing as the status of my order still only says 'confirmed'. Been trying to get a hold of them since. This is a joke of a brand!

The same story as many of you

The same story as many of you, i ordered my watch, but nobody is answering on mails and I didnt get the watch for over the month. Can we sue the company and ask for money?

NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS

I ordered my watch on the third of april, and I still haven't even recieved any tracking information (even though they said it was sent on the 16th of april).

I have been trying to contact them for the past 1,5 months with no reply, and I have seen absolutely no trace of my package, even though the transaction went through roughly a week after I placed my order.
I have NEVER experienced service this bad, and will ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend anyone buying anything from Bonvier!

Writing this bad review is the last thing I wanted, but it seems as though this is the only option I'm left, since I can't contact them elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Offical complain filed with the e-commerce Department.

This is the 2nd time time I am buying from Bonvier and the service is absolute rubbish. I ordered a watch a month back and after a week I was informed that the watch is shipped.
I have sent Bonvier several emails, messaged in Insta and even tried to call to get the tracking number.
They do not reply or answer.
They blocked me on Insta and FB for asking about my orders.
There are so many indie watch companies that offer something similar but so much better service.
I would never recommend Bonvier.

Sadly I just saw the review and it seems this is going on for months now. They have a nice website which is live and no delivery is taking place.

I JUST FILED AN OFFICIAL complaint HERE IN GERMANY after reading all the below Reviews. The website needs to be taken down.

Also, "Michele Bianchi" It is a bot..the reply to each complaint is the same, and even after the reply there product is not being delivered.

I have not received the correct items…

I have not received the correct items for my order.
I was in contact with you and you told me you would solve this.
Then when nothing happened I have tried to contact you multiple times but with no response.

I have not received the correct watch with the correct brown strap.

My order: ORDER #9702

This is for me unacceptable!

Therefore I will not recomend anyone to buy from Bovier because the dont deliver what you have ordered and payed for!

Ik payed doe 2 watches with a order failure

Ik bought 1 watch but with a error in payment i paid twice with. alot of mail traffic i dind get my money back of one watch.. Will they said they would send it.

You will not receive the order

Ordered 2 watches. Received one. I contected them via email and have been mailing with them for last 5 months. They say all the time that my order is being shipped, was shipped, is being dispatched, is being processed at distribution and so on and so on. All in all they did not send me what I ordered. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Hey. 1 month ago i order watch after 1 week i got a deliver with watch packed in PLASTIC BAG with no working hands od the clock. And under it a massage printe in notebook with a message” its a fake watch we will send you a Real in next week. Waiting till today. I want to add nobody respond me for my e-mail I want my money back ! WHEN i order a product somewhere should be a information you have problems with deliveres. Pleas respond me!!!!

Don’t buy a watch from Bonvier

Don’t buy a watch from Bonvier! I bought a watch 10 weeks ago and still haven’t received it. Also communication is bad! Keep your money and don’t buy Bonvier! It’s a scam..

Also after the reaction at the bottom of this review from Bonvier still no response on emails or social media.. SCAM!!

Update after 6 months;

I still have no watch and there is 0 communication!! They don’t reply on email. Don’t ever order here a watch or something else!

Not sure about the quality of products…

Not sure about the quality of products as I have never received anything but worst customer service. Haven't received refund for the order cancelled a month ago. Also no response on email, Instagram or on facebook.

bonvier is a scam and fraud..i don't…

bonvier is a scam and fraud..i don't know why any one haven't reported them yet..i am definitely going to report them to police or carribneri...its been 3 months since i orderd ..after 2 months i cancelled my order and ask them to pay my money back..since no answer..you are going to pay now bonvier watch it
ok i comment on their instagram page and they blocked me from there...please comment on their IG page so more people know that they are fraud i lost my money and same will happen to anyone who visit their page.
ok they replied everyone here woth same email but when i email them on their costumer service they never replied..and i mail them like for 100 times asking my money back...scammers and fradulent bonvier..worst worst online shopping experience ever.
its been four months now as i ordered a watch from bonvier...i email them again and again but they never replied..very very disappointed

MOST LIKELY CASE OF FRAUD

I ordered 2 weeks ago and didn‘t received the product yet. No tracking# and no response from the customer service, but my comment on instagram had been deleted promptly. My order# is 10069.
The warnings from other customers here turned out to be true! I already called the buyer protection from Paypal.
This seems to be fraud DO NOT BUY AT BONVIER!
